HeroestheSeries.com: A Heroes Show Without Hiro? Let the Rumors Fly.

  • Ravenclaw · 6 months ago
Someone has to die in Heroes. In order for Heroes to continue as a series, main characters have to die, because of the way the show is. While it's almost certain that Hiro isn't going to die anytime soon, when and if he dies and doesn't come back, Heroes could still be Heroes. Thinking with the first two seasons in mind, Heroes is about random ordinary people who have extraorindary abilities and have connections with each other. Which is why Heroes could still be Heroes without Hiro.

    Lol!
But i just can't believe they might remove Hiro...
I mean why... it's so fun to watch him say "YES I DID IT!" and such.

I really like Hiro. He started off as a lowly office drone and discovered that he could bend space/time. He's not always that smart, but he and Ando are fun to watch.
That being said, I think even with Hiro's nerfed powers he's still a little over powered. At the end of Fugitives he and Ando took down the entire government operation.
I don't believe they'll kill off Hiro but I think they'll use the headaches and nosebleeds as a balancing mechanism. It would be extremely difficult to write plots that draw the viewers in when you have someone that can stop time.

I was wondering what they had planned for Hiro. He was supposed to have a "very interesting storyline" though they never said if he would be alive at the end of it. I like Hiro. :(

I like Hiro too...but sometimes a story runs it course and Hiro's may have run. I will watch whether he dies or not... I can't wait til September!

Kill Hiro Kill the show. Seriously everyone will hate it if he dies. Get rid of oh I don't know somebody useless for good then it might be an intresting thing. But I love it no matter what there instincts lead them to do cause I will always be a fan of it.

If someone really needs to die that's gotta be Sylar. I knw, i knw he's way too popular and all but look at his storyline. He's just there for the sake of it. I tell u if he wud hv never appeared after season 1,this series wud have had more ideas to explore...
As for Hiro, well his characters hasn't been explored in the least bit. There's still a lot of potential with Hiro and I wouldn't get bored of him if he stays right thru till the end :)

    kill sylar? madness..

Sylar is not going to be killed off. I also think the creators know better than to get rid of Hiro. Everyone loves Hiro. I'm worried that it may be Noah.. I hope not.

I would not be surprised at all if the writers of Heroes along with Tim Kring decided to write Hiro off soon, if not somewhere in visible future of the show. I think its pretty obvious that most of the faults in Heroes have come as a result of TOO MUCH TIME TRAVEL. Sure you could say its part of Hiro's character to be so indecisive..but honestly how many times are we gunna hear "I will not time travel anymore" (or something along those lines), only to be followed by yet another one of his mind bending, confusing time traveling sequences. It seems like an endless cycle with Hiro..just learn your lesson, listen to Angela Petrelli and stop messing with time! There are too many potential "futures" too worry about and stop from happening.

Hiro was one of the original "faces" of Heroes, but I think unfortunately he's run his course. Season one was phenomenal..Hiro's story was completely relevant to everyone elses and was actually entertaining. Come season two, feudal Japan was a great idea that just turned into and endless stroll down "my childhood hero turned out to be a douchebag" lane..As for season 3, I think Hiro's story went awry from the beginning. The most interesting part was watching him get killed by Ando in the future..and finding the magical "light" or catalyst in his mother...other than that I thought he was a tad ridiculous.

Again, all just my opinion, but I think change is needed on Heroes in order for it to evolve. Who says another "face" of Heroes can't be made? Elle was introduced in season 2 and I think was probably one of the greatest additions to the show. In conclusion..I think its finally time for us to watch Hiro fall.

Am I the only one forgetting that Hiro has a company to run!?!?!?!
The president of a major company VANISHES and noone knows where he is and nobody cares? I think that's kinda far-fetched if you ask me, especially considering that as far as their normal lives went, Hiro was perhaps the most important among them. I could see his company as being an easy way to write him off for a while. I have always been an advocate of letting a character or two lie low for a while. It worked out great for Micah whose return as Rebel would not have been nearly as interesting if we saw every step of his character progression to that point on week-to-week basis. Most fans as STILL holding their breath for another Claude sighting, and there was even a point where even a single episode without Hiro would make me just that much more excited about the possibility of seeing him next week. In short, I'm thoroughly surprised that Kring and the writers haven't caught on that with Heroes fans, absence can make the heart grow fonder. Hiro doesn't have to die, but he's not above being benched for a while. Who knows? This might even give Ando the chance to spread his wings a bit!

Good points! I was surprised there wasn't more of an outcry by the Yamigato Corporation after Hiro went missing.

And I am one of the fans still hoping Claude will reappear on screen.

Ehh, they won't. thier just going to make use a little worried, probally even leave a big cliff hanger which will last for sevral episodes, but they won't write him off.
