    Yay! Nathan's coming back!
Yay! They'll work on his being a father to Claire!
    Yay! Petrelli dynamic!

Nathan should at least last 5 seasons before biting the dust!

YES!!! nathan's coming back!!! without nathan, the show wouldnt have a whole lot of back bone, what with all the 'nice' characters. nathan is the tough one: he should live through at least 6 deaths!!!!!!

Agrred with louis and heroes fan, but something long to say, dont reveal more of what you have revealed us Mr Pasdar, u may get in trouble with production, you are of my fav characters and actors since you started as Nathan, dont reveal more, I know its essential that your character may die at all, I dont hope that, but its better that Nathan dies for the end of the story, but in an honorable way as Ramon writed in his comment, I mean he must last until last season, what ever may end at date, soo please dont reveal more, It was obvious that he survived the gun shot, and the reason for keeping him alive was CLAIRE and PETER, both of them to be exact, cuase killing Nathan, then what was the point of making him her biological father, and Peter cause their arc are totally related/connected, if one of the bros dies their course could end cause of their relation. If he dies it will be in Peter and Claire’s arms, for me they are the love triangle of the show, similar now with Hiro/Kensei/Yaeko, now that she revealed the spoiler of her in the present time.

NOTE: Dont reveal more you nor either the 7 original cast, fine the rest for me, but not you, it better if we fans wait, the more wait the better we expect. If Nathan dies HRG has to die before him, and that he is killed by the main villian of the show in the last season and that he dies protecting or saving his brother and daughter in an honorable way, in both their arms, at least dont make his dead (hope he last last season) look stupid, period, my only comment here.

I think Claire is gonna heal Nathan as she did her foster dad :P

    .... could happen...?

Don't kill off Nathan, kill off West instead and put Nathan to work with Peter.

I cant believe I used to like this show its become so rediculous, Kring cant do a simple thing like kill off a character. Hes such a ballsless writer

If you want me ill be watching Lost, a show that makes sense with real writers that dont change their mind about storylines after they've already aired and can actually kill off a character and leave it behind them.

And to think I used to be one of the ones defending Heroes in the Lost boards...

I disagree with your comments, I've always liked heroes. The night I saw the first episode my friend and I watched 6 episodes which was all we had. We couldn't stop watching it until all 6 episodes had been seen. Now season 2 may have sucked bad in multiple ways but I'm not ready to give up on heroes. I'm sure season 3 will have some nice episodes for us to enjoy. If they dump some pathetic characters like Micha and Monica then maybe It will all work out for the best.

I agree season 1 was good, i was every bit as addicted as you for the first season
Ive just lost all faith in the writers now... and theres better shows out there ie Dexter, lost, pb

I'm glad Nathan will be back. The show just isn't hte same for me without him. And I understand the eventually die thing but not for a few seasons.

Nathan makes the show for me.

    I TOTALLY agree with Makaveli
It gets rediculous! Someone MUST die!
At least someone.... They can shoose - Nathan or Nikki...or Matt...

I like lost coz they have guts to do this (kill off someone)

Maybe in season 3 time has pased just like season 2, and Peter and Nathan are apart again, but Nathan will be with Claire and the rest of the Bennets now in hiding, perhaps Nathan died in the shooting and when Claire knows of his dead on news she will look for his body, she know the Odessa Morgue, remember 1x04 when she is dead for the 1st time and revives, Nathan's body will be there and she will revive him and take him with her, probably West will help her. HRG is held by the Company, we have seen in the trailer of season 3 some scenes of him talking with Elle, really hope she and Claire are sisters, but perhaps on the mother's side, I mean that Elle's father is someone else besides Bob, I think Bob is not Elle's true father, nor her father is Nathan, but that could be fine ^-^. Finally and perhaps Peter may think Nathan is dead and wants revenge, maybe he will developt an evil personality cause of this, remember he has Nikki's hability too, and Angela may become a Villain in season 3 because on Nathan's dead, perhaps Nathan will be the only one to stop Peter, if he becomes bad by I doubt that, but the Petrelli Bros are the only ones that may stop Angela.

I think anyone who expects a comic bok (as told on a tv show) to kill off any regular character, may be involved in some sort of drug abuse.

Heroes fits the genre perfectly. I can't think of a single major comic book hero that dies and stays dead... its the point of the story, its the mythology of the Hero Journey and the archetypal representation of such.

For example, look to the archetypal 'Fool' and then compare it to Hiro. Like the most famous Fool, Parsifal, Hiro begins as a shiftless dreamer and is then sent on a quest. Parsifal, reaches up, above his head to retrieve the Spear of Destiny... Hiro does the same when stealing Kensi's sword from Linderman....

There exists much more to this story than a simple story line. Death and resurrection play an important part in the Hero's Journey, I doubt that it has to do with Kring not having the balls to kill a character, but rather, just as with Comic book stories, the metaphor of death/resurrection, beating a flaw, only to have it reappear, stopping an evil only to see it arise again... can fit into a much deeper storyline if you choose to see it as such.

Like ya thinking Ratatosk... There are soooooooo many deeper references in Heroes than the average viewer would give it credit for. It is alot more mythological and comic bookesque than for example Lost, which is what makes it so great. What's all this 'need to kill off characters' crap that everyone is on about. You've all been watching too much CSI.

    Peace...
