I'd hate to see Claire go. She can be annoying at times, but I still think that she is a vital part of the show. She ties so many characters together that I think if she left, in some ways, the show might fall apart.

Anyway, Can't wait for Monday! haha (never thought i'd say that until heroes came around.)

Darren...I think you are correct. I think when Angela and Peter heal the wounds between them, Peter will become empathetic again and be able to absorb abilities like before. I think he is just so angry at everyone right now that he is unable to access his empathy. However, I think Angela will be able to help him reestablish the care and selflessness he had first season.

i disagree, i was to the understanding that peter was always only able to take on 1 ability at a time, but that sylar had empathic mimicry and peter absorbed that from him giving him the ability to posses more than one.

if u hadve watched season 1 u would know that peters original power was to mimic and retain peoples powers by recalling a memory they shared. peter hadnt even met sylar when he was using multiple powers. so no he didnt get the ability to empathise and steal powers by touching sylar

I heard a rumor that Hayden wants Milo off Heroes for good. That's what the "bad behavior" was. Seems she refuses to be on the set when Milo is there.


If it came down between them(and no I'm not gay or a girl) I'd have to say I hope Hayden goes. Peter/Milo is the hero of the show in my opinion, he does cool stuff, flying, reading minds, shooting people...

What does Hayden offer besides excellent eye-candy? Her character Claire is always crying, whining(I just wanna be normal wah), or wasting our Heroes time with sentimental garbage. I am a big fan of Hayden though, she is one of the hottest girls I've ever seen.

It was a mistake for them to date, and It could spell trouble if this rumor is true, I pray it is not.

Sylar could even do it with he flick of a finger! I doubt many would shed a tear for her. Just as no one shed a tear when Kim bauer was removed from 24, or as I expect, no one will shed a tear when Sarah Tancredi finally leaves prison break and it turns back into a real action series again....yeah!

And the difference between Claire and the others you brought up - like, say, Kim Bauer - is that Claire is, and always has been, one of the key characters, whereas on "24" Kim was always someone to whom things happened.

You know Cindylover1969, you're right...Claire should behave like an American teen and whine and rant as often as possible.Better yet, they could send Ando and Hiro back in time to bring back her evil cheerleader friend, killed off in season 1, so we can really see them having their differences blow up into more teen drama. Better yet let's have more scenes with her brother and mr snuggles..after all Heroes is about how life is tough for growing teens right! Anyone for more dinner scenes with the H.R.G dude's family maybe more flashbacks with him reading bed time stories to Claire? Didn't think so! Claire was perfect in season 1...there was purpose behind her presence. the entire season wouldn't have worked without her..but now, she's just excess baggage for the show. Really, I'm not hating...take an honest look at her scenes (in s3 not season 1/2)..they all look forced, or even, jammed, into episodes just to give her screen time.

There is so many directions this show could take, and I hope it doesn't go anywhere. What happened to the African American girl from New Orleans???? She was a cool character. I think Hereos producers just need to pull together and make another great plot, but bring other characters that have disappeared back into the action

I got the same 'oh please just kill him and get it over with' feeling when sylar was on his road trip with that annoying kid. It's nothing personal against Hayden the actress...I just don't like to slow my heart thumping sci-fis into "Smallville"-like yawns.

Claire is a teenager (we were all whiny / annoying at some point) it's part of her character, and I think little by little she is maturing. But just like in real life it takes time. Her character is one of the central ones of the show...and is important. Give her a break people...

Save the cheerleader save the world has been a mainstay saying throughout the series whether they promoted it that way or not. Season 1 Peter had to save her to save himself from exploding. In season 2 she was the cure for the virus combined with mohinder. In villains she played a vital role in (future) peter trying to save a horrible future involving a horrible Claire to bring back everyone's innocence, not to mention her role in making our favorite super villain an immortal due to peters time travel meddling. In fugitives so far everyone would likely have been easily captured if it was not for Claire's original role of bringing down the plane a lot of our supers wouldn't have got a heads up and been able to run in time. I believe these are all reasons that absolutely justify Claire staying on the show. Notice how I didn't even mention her hotness. I believe her role has been quite vital to the stories we have witnessed (that i have enjoyed every minute of) I have to agree with mama3 she is a teenager and she is gonna have some emotional issues to grow through, this is how her character matures and progresses (much like a real teenager because face it all teenagers are whiners). Not to mention if you look into the whole milo hayden relationship you will see that they both denounced the rumors of her wanting him off the show, hence it being called a rumor (hollywoods popularity is built on rumors, otherwise the tabloids on your register stand might have something important to say, and they dont) Personally i consider that rumor squashed so please look it up fans i assure you that crap is over.

I can't wait to see how Ando develops in the story line with his new ability too, because maybe since Hiro saved Ando in season 1 now we have "Save the Ando, Save the World" I love this show and it really is the only thing i watch on tv and I hope that statements i made in here didn't come off rude in anyway, not my intention at all just talking to my fellow fans. Can't wait til monday :)

I couldn't have worded it any better. I find it to be ironic that people whine about claire being a "whiner" I guess if the shoe fits!

I agree with all the above. I do think that if Claire just absolutely has to go, she shouldn't die. She should be "put on a bus"--wherever Molly Walker is. It does seem like this Volume has suggested doing something like that with her grandma and dad(s) earlier attempt to send her off to college.

But if she simply has to die, she should go out with a bang that leaves a huge impact on the series--along the lines of Claire's death being yet another one of the Futures to Be Avoided (but actually blatantly coming to past). On that note, I love how the S1 Bad Future is more or less actually coming about.

The reason i like heroes is because its like x-men superman batman watchman all in one except u don't have to wait years to see the movie u watch it every week this is the show to save heroes is in guinness world records for digital downloads except tim kring said people dont buy it any more because they download it without payin if then pay for it the show will say it cost 1.5 million an episode to make come on pay for it and it will say and watch it on tv when its on even if u have seen it SAVE HEROES

Couldn't agree with you more. I read that article a couple days ago and jumped for joy that it was the most downloaded show in tv history. This rocks but sucks because without the revenue coming in from downloads the show is losing budget. I most definately see how this is an issue but on the other hand just like Kring stated before the rating system is one of the most flawed systems they can go by this day and age. With advancing technology such as tivo DVR mobile web and the internet in general the show loses ratings due to being unable to track how many people really watch this show. Sounds to me if it is the most downloaded and watched show in history maybe just maybe it is worth keeping around, dont you think stupid t.v execs. I watch every monday on cable that i pay for, i contribute to this barbaric ratings system every monday at 8pm, I own all the special editions dvd sets released to date and yes they were PURCHASED, I own a heroes sweater, necklace, shirts etc. I definitely contribute to their market and having said that I will tell you straight up that I have downloaded heroes before, but in no way shape or form has something so readily available such as free* (illegal) downloading prevented me from giving my hard earned cash to NBCs online store for the cool stuff heroes sells, so all in all if you illegaly download this show atleast make the damn effort to help them out with some damn revenue, and besides if you download and buy the dvd's when they come out are you really commiting a "crime" or just making sure you have it available to rewatch in advance rather than waiting months for a disc. I think it makes the wait a little less painless and you can still support the show to the fullest by buying the dvd on release. (face it having a cool box set beats out a folder of files any day) Besides NBC is cool enough to let you watch any damn episode you missed right on their website....funny thing....if they could track how many people watch on their official website...wouldn't that contribute to these barbaric "rating" systems and save the show anyway.

While I agree, this stuff keeps getting regurgitated on endless wannabe Perez Hilton blogs... and some idiotic fans believe it (the kind that are quick to believe the bad stuff, but not so quick to go for positive things). I've never found Claire particularly annoying; of course she complains, but can you name anyone on "Heroes" who doesn't? Even Sylar whines. And Hayden might try too hard sometimes, but not enough for her to get tagged as a bad actress... I blame the variable writing, not her or the rest of the cast. (Well, except Ali Larter, but that's another story.)

I like Claire. She can be high strung at times but I think her dynamic with hrg is one of the best on the show. Besides if they got rid of her the whole bennett family would fall apart and hrg would not have anything tieing him to the light side. Great episode, angela is a very tuned in individual.. she hits her mark everytime.. we all knew that rebel wud be Micah & how old has he gotten... I thot that babysitter was Molly last episode but i guess not. I like how baby Parkman gave Hiro the ability to stop time but not jump thru it. Hiro shud hopefully be fun now as long as he doesnt revert to being stupid.. & What More can i say about Ando.. He's legit now, very beastie in his own rite!! No more sidekick for him!! I Focks with Ando all day.. I think the next episode will be on point.. & im glad they got Miss Strauss out the way.. So now it looks like the final of the triplets will be revealed next season, i hope she has a Really good storyline.. But Sylars baaaaaack next week!! Lets see what he's going to pull outta his bag...

I agree with all the good things people have said about Claire. She is a central character and very important to the show. She pulls her weight around and actually helps which is more than I can say fro some characters.

Claire has been though a lot more than the other characters. Imagine being that young and having an ability that pretty much gives you the assurance that no matter what's done to you, you can survive. Claire could be locked in a room with a serial killer and survive. Thrown from 50 feet and survive. We even saw her in an explosion from the future and that was at close range and she even survived that.

Claire has too much potential. Adam had a lot of potential too. Besides I think as long as they're is an immortal Sylar around there must be an immortal Claore around as well. They're going to balance each other off at some point.

I have to say that i agree getting rid of claire would be a bad idea and those haters have to realise that since the beggining it was said that heroes is about NORMAL people with abilities so the fact that she is acting like a teenager should not come as a shock all the characters in heroes are essential even right down to people like charlie from the first season just one more thing when is peter getting his ability back because without it no one will be able to stop sylar and as great as sylar is he cant be left to eventually kill off the rest we need them too and when peter does get his ability back will he have to collect all the powers again? oh and what would happen if sylar got hold of ando's ability? being able to supercharge himself would pretty much make him unstoppable right? absolutely love the show and anyone with anything bad to say about it in any way is not a true fan

p.s please watch it on tv i have to wait longer because i am in england i could download it but i dont and buy the boxset if you can because if friends can last for ten seasons so can heroes.

Claire is a great charcter to have on the show think about it.. she saved everyone at the start of vol 4 and now has her own missions saving as a line matt parkman says "one life at a time" by this I mean helping aqua dude and doyle by the help of me lol(rebel) ofcourse.

i really love Heroes... and i think Hayden's character is somehow really important... Hayden's issue was very intruiging but we have to understand that everyone has their own affair... Can you tell me one person who didn't had an affair or sin??? Claire is a very important character....

In Season One: chased by Sylar; main charac.(save the cheerleader, save the world); the "key" to the light side of Mr. Bennet

In Season Two: the solution to the virus(Niki's and Sylar's strain); still the main character; the good blonde (Elle's the bad one)

In Season Three: the savior; the one who has an interesting future; Daphne's bullet-proof suit :)

I really watch Heroes because of Hayden, Milo, Masi, and Ali... Without one of them, I won't watch Heroes...

Don't kill Claire and definitely don't kill Peter! I think that people are right, Angela will with Claire and Nathan help peter get his full powers back during volume 5.
What happened to molly walker..? I know there a good reason for her not being there, but she just vanished - will she never come back?

And what about Micah? now that we know he's the Rebel - He's supposed to help people with abilities, and with the title Redemption, he has to be in volume 5 right?

It'll be exciting to see how Ando develops, and with Hiro only able to stop time...

I didn't like Denko, so hopefully he'll vanish during volume 5... what will Sylar do, now that he can be anyone he wants to?

And Baby Matt Parkman will probably be a new part of Heroes, cause why else would they introduce him for us? Maybe he will help Peter with his powers??

I think that baby Matt Parkman will help Peter by getting his old powers back. If this isn't the reason why Baby Matt Parkman is introduced, they would have an interesseting idea with this little boy.

It's better for the show if there is another battle between Peter en Sylar, with both there full power.

I'ts nice to hear that Ando's powers are evolving. The only thing i don't understand is, why are Ando's power evolving. And Peter synthatic powers not? Can somebody explain this.

i agree with bulldozer i think if it wasnt for claire the show wouldnt be as good as it is and ALL teenagers moan so they portrayed that in her cuz she is only a teenager and plus she is my fav character and if she sylar or peter would go i wouldnt be that bothered really.................cant wait till volume 5 wounder what tracey is going to do and do you think sylar will remember himself and start killing again... wouldnt it be wierd if claire did end up loving sylar or becoming like partners in crime or something along those lines....i cant wait im impatient its my fav tv show woop!!!comment please

less claire, more hiro and peter with proper powers. claire is only in it as a pinup for comicgeeks. the 'cure' in season 2 just felt like it was tacked on to justify her presence. oh, and how come they didnt use her blood to resurect her dad??? durr lol. dont necessarily ditch her completly, just quit trying to make every plot revolve around her. hiros and peters powers where the crux of why season one was great. removing those powers completely ruined the show. there wasnt any counterbalance to sylar. we need to see hiro's journey into becoming his future badass self. season 2 wasnt great but the episodes with peter where the best. season 3 barely had any peter and hiro and suffered greatly because of it.

i totally agree with dave, i do think that having peter and hiro lose their powers kind of rueined the episode, as syler has no 1 to match him, so he could basically get away with anything, and with the nathan dieing i dunno y they just didnt let claire do what adam done to him before with the perter nuking incident.
i also agree with stawberry with syler getting annoying as he can do what ever he wants and no 1 can stop him, but with this syler is nathan part this should be intresrting as it might be another nikki where they fight for the body, i think this next epiosde will be rather exciting, i know the writer will do the right thing and keep the show goin and keep u on your toes :P

Hayden Panettiere is selling the show you idiot. Yes, the plot is great. Yes, the characters are interesting. But there is a reason she is front and centre of every Heroes promo image you see. Hayden goes and I guarantee Heroes loses half its audience.

is it just me or is everyone on heroes dieing? ( the really cool people, my favorites )...and ive noticed that their like all women lol but thats not the reason for ntoicing..STOP KILLING EVERYONE OFF! ..i think the remaining people who are alive should get captured or killed except for hiro and claire .. hiro takes claire to where everyones died and she puts her blood in them brings them back and forms a team to save everyone....and they could do this a little bit at a time like a sort of small story thats going on while summin big happens...like evil people who start to meet eachother but do it like series 1..in the end u have all the evil people met up somewhere. and all gd people somewhere els ..make a connection and FIGHT(thats what i want :D) id like that microwave person and monica, ooo and Daphne to come back mostly.

Well personaly, i think that syler is not a really bad guy, he just doesnt know that he is a good one yet. he was trying to figure out who he trully is and how he could be happy...thats y he kept doing wht he did just to see if that what he is "destined to be" as hiro would say.lol. but now that syler is nathan it should be interesting to see wht happens...(even though i think that that was kinda lame...my personal opinion though lol)

they wont loose clair she brings all the pervy guys to the show in my opinion elle was much cooler and i would love to see her return in redemption same with hiros powers peter will not leave as the whole show revolves around the endless struggle between peter and sylar who is the greatest villan ever even though he is loosing his mind a little lol i want to see some one who controlls wind and earth lol finish the elemental set of powers and maybe a return of nox and flint also what the hell happend to the haishan??????

also any one else noticed that the episodes are leading towards the future from season 1 sylar is now nathan and peter is laying lower mat got back with wife and clair knows nothing about it all as usual and will get big suprise when her daddy turns in to sylar

you do realise that there are no true deaths in this show. as long as there is any form of time travel (Hiro or a Daphne/Ando combo (yes I know that she is dead, but speed appears to be a common power), there is always a means to bring back the dead. just go back to a period when they were alive and grab them there. sure it will cause a time ripple effect but due to the nature of temporal mechanics, only the time traveler and a few precogs would know that anything is different, as the orginal timeline would have 'never' happened. i hope that the Sylnathan reverts back into a pure Sylar in V5, as Danko is not a particiually good villan. he is just rage, no sublty or cunning.
