HeroestheSeries.com: Bryan Fuller Responds to Heroes Rumors

  • Ravenclaw · 1 year ago
Company Man was one of the better ones. Even though we didn't get to see Peter, Nathan, Niki, or DL it still brought Parkmen, Clare, and Noah together in an unlikely situation. The flashbacks were good to. Despite I don't like that the other writers were fired, I will be happy if Fuller returns to Heroes.

Um... Bryan probably would automatically "right the ship". 'Company Man' was the best episode of Heroes entire run and I don't think will ever be beaten. You can't possibly describe 'Company Man' as only "good" that episode was bloodly FANTASTIC!

Bring on Bryan, Heroes needs some new fresh ideas fast!

company man was one of the best episodes of Heroes ..so I would really love Bryan Fuller to return to the crew

Completely agree. While I love "Company Man," I was surprised critics forgot to mention the other brilliant episodes of Season 1:

Homecoming (Loved how they wrapped up saving the cheerleader)
Fallout (Had more of an emotional impact than Company Man: poor Eden)
    Unexpected
    Distractions
Parasite (Probably one of my favorite episodes of all time)
Five Years Gone (This was actually more exciting than Company Man, especially if you paid attention to all the little details they put into it)
    Landslide
How To Stop An Exploding Man (Not much for action, but a truly emotional episode. And I loved the metaphors: Nikki versus Jessica/Candice)

Even Season 2 had a quite a few astonishing episodes:

    Four Years Later
    Fight or Flight
Four Years Ago (Simply incredible. Brings everything up to speed masterfully well)
    Out of Time
Cautionary Tales (This one is probably one of the best Heroes episodes of all time)
Powerless (Everything I hoped a season finale would be)

The media has hardly been right before, but, if this gets them to shut up, I'll take it. Besides, Fuller is awesome. Having more talented people around wouldn't hurt anything. :) The team is what made Season 1 so great. It wasn't a single individual, but the team. The writer's strike shook that up, and they've been trying to make due since. I think they have been doing exceptionally well considering their predicament.

I agree with what everybody is saying. Company man is one of the best episodes in the show, but it isn't the only one like people have said. Having Fuller back will make the writers team better, but he isn't the sole one to make it what it was. It wasa never bad in the first place. Sure, it had some mistakes, but never bad. The critics and media are alsways saying stuff like that. All the writers we have at the present are doing a great job and the critics just don't see that. But I am glad to maybe see Fuller return.

I think the chronology of season 3 does not make sense. For example i thought Mohinder only came to the US after his fathers death. But in the episode villains, HRG jumps into his cab strait after getting Syler onto the dark side, even though Syler was the one that killed his father. On top of that i still remember in season 1 when Syler was Mohinders prisoner he said Mo father knew what he was doing {slicing heads for powers} But when you look at the flashback in villains they clearly indicate Gabriels meeting with Elle was only after his first killing. Also wasn't Nathan already running for congress before the Claire saving a fireman event. If my confusion is justified then a change/improvment in the writers is paramount.

I also have to say that season 2 was overly criticised. like Kelsey Hart pointed out it had some good episodes. The final was brilliant. The only problem was that so much time was divoted to building up the new characters whilst it ended so quickly that they didn't tie them into the main story. If it was not for the strike it would have been a decent second season.

Actually, when Elle first comes over to Sylar's apartment, you see Papa Suresh's notes and map with all the lines connecting supers on it. Sylar is getting rid of it, trashing it to get rid of tempation. That would mean that he'd already killed Dr. Suresh in order to obtain the apartment, the map board and the lists.

Yes, AndoFanGirl, but you forget that Sylar/Gabriel killed other people with super-powers before he kills Chandra Suresh (it is mentioned in other episodes that when Chandra realized what Sylar was doing, he cuts off communication w/him, but then Sylar kills him)...Mohinder comes to NYC a couple of months after his father's death. So...if Sylar is only supposed to have killed Brian Davis at the point of that episode, as is highly implied, then it doesn't make sense for Mohinder to be in NYC. The chronology is messed up....

    =O
someone on here told us that clairs power would be explained ..
then they said something about a scene from company man.

WHAT IF HRG injected baby claire to give her powers. so he would know she WOULD get them.

    =O
    i\'ve shocked myself!
    lol

I'd like to see Bryan return but I don't think Jeph and Jesse should have been sacked.

People, Every episode has its nugget of info to help embody and build the vast spectrum of Characters if not the story line. That Being said. I could watch this show all day and never grow tiered. Who ever is writing this stuff I THINK THEY ALL KICK ASS.

Season three keeps making less and less sense. On minute Sylar's the villain, next minute he's trying to reform (which made him somewhat intersting), then hes back to start as the villan again.

After watching the episode the second half of Eclipse, by son his girl friend both wanted me to explain why he had killed 'lighting girl'. I guess just because he' bad? I don't know. Lets just flush and character development to set him back to start and remove any angst he experienced along the way. It like they hit a reset button on his character because the writers just wanted him to have something to do.

The eclipse comes and takes away powers. What was the point of these episodes? I only say background for Nemisis and a chance for Sylar to get shot and recover (like anyone did not see this coming a mile away). Why didn't powers reset? That would have been more logical. Sylar, Peter, and Authur all no powers and reset to start. Are abilities supposed to be based on biology. If so the whole concept of 'I touch you and I can steal you power' thing has holes in it.

Do you think they are they going to explain how Authur Petrelli found Hero on the roof top at just the right moment to take this "catalist" that was supposed to be in Clare? Did I miss Authur drawing a time line or something?

Of course the Catalist is now in Authur and not in Hero who took it so that it would not be in Clare. This means Sylar would not have detected it in the 'future' when copying Clares power, so she would not have found out about being 'special', so history changed because Clares had events occur because she had the catalist that she never had. There are getting sloppy with the time travel fiction.

I know this is last season, but what ever happed to that girl Peter fell for at the pub in Ireland that ended up stuck in time with the plague? I'm assuming it was decided that time plot was too messy to strighten out so it was dropped.
