1st comment to me! If Nathan Petrelli dies I think a part of me will die forever *sighs* <3
  • hrgfan · 7 months ago
    I'm with you chief:(
  • Tarot · 7 months ago
That would kinda bite especially with him being in limbo the last 2 season finales. At the end of season 1 he was nuked and at the end of season 2 he got shot. Now while Nathan recovered from both of those, I have to wonder what's in store for him next week. I hate to admit it but I was actually glad to see Danko show up, for once, tonight, when he stopped Sylar doing brain surgery on Nathan.
  • Hmmmm · 7 months ago
Not long now. Can't wait to see Sylar unsure about himself for once. "Identity crisis", wonder if he'll swither about being Gabriel again.
  • redstang · 7 months ago
sylar is alway unsure of himself he just recently became sure of himself now it is all unravling again.
  • Herogirl · 7 months ago
i really like heroes right now, the people who dont hav their right to say so but they wont change my opinion. sylar!!!! 3rd!!!!!

the 5 Years Gone future was pretty badass. i wouldn't mind seeing it go there, as it will take the series to the next level!
  • ePetrelli · 7 months ago
oki... Nathan can't die... and my question is, when peter and hiro recover hes powers back??????
  • reivaxor · 7 months ago
i have sources. i hate to say this but hiro dies. sylar does not get his power buy his able to touch hiro and shapeshift
  • Meathook49 · 7 months ago
    Nice lie, lol.
  • Tipster · 7 months ago
ya right... like they would kill hiro off... he is one of the most important characters!!! ur sources LIE... lol i sound like a nerd

your sources are bogus and you made yourslef look like an idiot nice goin!
  • mattt · 7 months ago
I heard that Mya is set to appear in I am Syler, but not claude or monica as i had read in another post.
  • Serecho · 7 months ago
His name is Sylar not Syler. The show has been on tv for 3 years now why do people keep calling him syler
  • kayjenx · 7 months ago
Sorry but i think this has a lot to do with ppl and their lack of proper nounciation. Aside from the fact that they don't pay attention and maybe cannot read. sorry to seem rude but really. the watch Sylar carries around spells it out also THE NAME OF THE EPISODE. I AM SYLAR.
  • mattt · 7 months ago
thankyou for the advice, but the reality is, i already know how to spell sylar, i just love watching people get so wound up when you spell it another way
  • TheBoss · 7 months ago

I think that Peter has to touch "baby touch n go" to get his own powers back to their full potential. :)
  • greenglenn · 7 months ago
Five years gone future would be awsome, sylar would be nathan. Peter will have his scar. They will have a big fight, like in the episode in series one though we dont see long fights:( we only say 5 sec fights lOl.

Im still going to go with my theroy that sylar had concentrated on Nathans psyical apreance that he suceeded and therefore could not control it as he "didn't touch him", this could be the identiy crisis story. I think.. Lol

Whos gonna die....? uh soo frustrating?
  • He-man · 7 months ago
What doesn't make sense about the "5 years gone" future is. That apparently was the future where the bomb happened, Sylar got Claire's ability coz Future Hiro said he stabbed him and he regenerated.

So why does Sylar take Claire's power again in the Petrelli mansion? Saying he won't need more powers after her, he should alreadsy have it.

Also the ship shifting ability he has now is different to the "5years gone" ability, that was from Candice, he said himself
  • Serecho · 7 months ago
Yes Sylar had claires ability but then, Hiro came to Peter and told him to save the cheerleader and he did, so sylar cant regenerate thats why he killed claire in the future, that means Future Hiro changed history and Sylar cant regenerate, then when Hiro stabs Sylar he would die, but candice saved Sylar.
  • Mark · 7 months ago
dude, Sylar got claire's power around the time of the catalyst. Remember?
  • Pete · 7 months ago
So? they where talking about the "5 years gone" future in season 1. Not when he actully got it in season 3 -.-
  • Marie · 7 months ago
Also, the whole everyone not knowing that Sylar is the president thing. Everyone knows he can shape shift now. Also, the "5 years gone" Sylar told Peter the Nathan had turned on his own kind way before he became him. Uhhh too late, everyone knows that also.

    It's really not the same....
  • Eric · 7 months ago
it's amazing how most people forget the easy stuff...
  • thekraken · 7 months ago
I doubt alot of these people even watched the first 2 seasons
  • Alice · 7 months ago
ooooh. i wonder if peter gets his scar in this episode or the next one. would be pretty iconic (: and then even if he did get his powers back after, it wouldn't heal?
I'm so excited for this episode. looks like a gooden!
  • Tarot · 7 months ago
This looks interesting though I fear what will happen next week.
  • JimBobSonofGod · 7 months ago
Does anyone else think Ando is the one that's going to die? Remember the future where Hiro saw Ando attacking him with the supercharge (this was a while ago before Ando had any ability pretty sure)?

It's gotta be either Ando or Nathan if we're going to see anything resembling the "previous futures." The reason I would say Ando is more likely than Nathan is we have seen a bad version of Ando using his ability against Hiro. Sylar would likely kill Ando if he also has his power. He could shapeshift into Nathan without killing him.

Isn't it appropriate that Sylar be the one to make the big kill this season?

Also, hopefully Matt puts a bullet in Danko's head... that would kick a.
  • Tarot · 7 months ago
Danko is dangerous and needs to be stopped.
  • balthazar · 7 months ago
i also think it will be ando who dies, because he isnt in the image of season 4 and he has all these problems with Hiro. I was wondering why everyone thinks that ando turned bad in the future, it could also be Hiro who gone bad and Ando was there to stop him.
  • Jenna · 7 months ago
i think that it is a possibility that f_ando and f_hiro new that p_hiro was watching so they acted all that because something might happen that needs them to think that really happened
  • Billy-the-kid · 7 months ago
I was wondering the mind erasing power that Arthur was using on Angela was it taken from Charles?
  • kingslattery · 7 months ago
it could have been the thing they should do with peter is have his powers evolive into his fathers powers so he can either absorb or take someone else's power that would pretty much even the odds for sylar
  • the brain · 7 months ago
MAN PEOPLE NEED TO SHUTUP SYLAR ALREADY TRANSFORMED INTO NATHAN WITHOUT TOUCHING HIM
  • Tarot · 7 months ago
I think Sylar got Nathan's DNA off of something and that's how he did it. We've seen Sylar master powers that their original owners have struggled with before.
  • sylar · 7 months ago
ya sylar touched nathans toothbrush to get his dna, and he also scrap'd a piece of blood off the scissors to get his moms dna
  • the brain · 7 months ago
I SAW THE DIRECTORS COMMENTARY AND THEY HAD SYLER NOT BEING ABLE TO CHANGE CLOTHES WHEN HE MORPHS BUT NOW HE CAN WHATS UP WITH THAT
  • kayjenx · 7 months ago
They're talking about the FYG theory because Sylar killed Nathan and changed to him (with Illusion - which he ended up not getting because had the virus). Now he has the shapeshifters ability which again brings the possibility of him being Nathan in the FYG future. Now my qstn is... why would Sylar want to be Nathan when Nathan was exposed and cannot be president again. Also he can be anyone. Why can't he just wait till the new president is elected and shapeshift into him ... hmmm.. whats the point of showing you a future if after everything ppl do it still ends up the same way. Normally seeing the future makes it change. and there was another episode where 4 years was gone and Sylar wasn't a bad guy so why do ppl insist on thinking that Sylar will be Nathan --- and if the authors make its happen its such BS>
  • jayech · 7 months ago
It will not be Nathan or Hiro. I think the major death will be Angela, Mrs Bennet or Matt Parkman but someone would bring him back to life. I do hope Peter gets his abilities back tonight. That would kick a**.
  • kayjenx · 7 months ago
It would suck if Angela dies when the next season is supposed to be about her family. So I read.
  • the brain · 7 months ago
GOODBYE NATHAN WE will miss you. Hey maybe its claude who dies he was from season one. Claude is the name of the invisable guy right.
  • Tarot · 7 months ago
I hope like heck they aren't bringing Claude back just to kill him. If they do that I'll probably stop watching.
  • the brain · 7 months ago
wow i have figured it out it will be claude are the agent guy who worked with meridith one of them will die. I want the puppet master power to change for example he not only be able to control people but start messing with there heads like matt, even better he starts creating illusions.
  • the brain · 7 months ago
I FIGURED IT OUT WHO DIES. IT IS THE HAITIAN. THINK ABOUT IT HE IS THE ONLY THREAT TO SYLAR BESIDES PETER.
  • Marie · 7 months ago
Peter is NOT a threat to Sylar. Sorry :( Hahahahaha. Yeah it really sucks.
  • Tweek · 7 months ago
So this is what will happen... Nathan will die period quit thinking it's someone else. Peter will only save him for a time however peter will get severely hurt by sylar and almost die but absorb sylars abilities the invisible thread is what will get hiro and be the premise for all the occurances there are some things u can't change sylar will be president and kill nathan that is the destiny of it all
  • Jamie · 7 months ago
You think Ando touches Peter and that makes his power boost back to normal?
  • C-bone · 7 months ago
Hey I was just wondering something. I have heard alot of people who say that sylar lost all of his powers beside his intuitive aptitude and telekinisis when he got the Shanti Virus. But in "I am Become Death" we see him paint the future and use Ted Spragues radioactive power, which he got in season one before the virus. So I was just seeing what you guys thought.
  • SomeGuy · 7 months ago
I've said my theory many times, and the writer's who said that proved themselves wrong in that very episode. So whether or not they use those abilities is the question but it's not really important to the story. The fact is, however, that Sylar DOES have is old abilities regardless of what the writers have said. As of now, those abilities have not be shown after the shanti virus and they likely won't until Fuller realizes the stupidity of those other writer's and changes things up for the better.
  • Hmmmm · 7 months ago
Nothing has been proved. An ability isn't defined to any one character. Sylar could have killed and taken the abilities of many other people before he turned good. Maybe he sought out to get the abilities he had previously? Don't forget, Peter, from this same future, had the ability to put his past self into someone else's body. No-one questioned where that came from, people just assumed he picked it up somewhere down the line. Just because the writers don't tell the audience doesn't mean they've proven themselves wrong.
  • Ando · 7 months ago
Nathan will not die at least in this episode because he is already in the overview of the final episode. I really do hope Peter gets his powers back. God knows peter petrelli fans have been waiting.
  • htya · 7 months ago
he can be in the overview for the next show because sylar is taking his body so he may be portraying sylar eveen in the next season he still could die.
  • joe · 7 months ago
just adding on to C-bone he also used super hearing in the one with the black hole guy.
  • Scorpio · 7 months ago
no he did not use it as he could not hear what Noah was saying.
We don't think he has his old powers except Tk as TK was the only one to ever show in his DNA the others never came up.
when he got the virus he lost all his powers then he healed with Claire's blood and got his ability in his DNA back with was TK.
Now so far in this season we have not seen him use any of his season 1 ability's except for the future episode. So we will have to wait and see if he does some how get them back. ( or maybe the writers #$%^ up )

But at this time it is beleaved that Sylar does not have his ability's from season 1. however he may get them back some how ( i mean anything is possible in this show )
  • SomeGuy · 7 months ago
he does have his abilities, it's just not really important enough to the writers to use them. In the future shown in volume 3 Sylar could paint the future and explode. It can't be a coincidence that he found another radioactive man and a precog within that time (and this is the future where he thought he was a Petrelli and changed his life, so I doubt he was killing many people). I thought that interview with the writer's was the dumbest thing ever and they proved themselves wrong. So even if they never show his old abilities on the show again, he still has them, and they could always use them whenever they want.

Liked the episode but LOVED the teaser promo even more. I'm so excited about the finale, I think I'll cry when I see it!!
  • Rightprice · 7 months ago
How the heck did that knife not keep Sylar down? Dako is so dead.
  • Marie · 7 months ago
I think Sylar is going to turn into GOD soon. I like Sylar and I also like that he's strong but jeez, they are going a bit far with him.

Know he's a zombie too? He can move when he's "dead" and remove the knife himself??
  • hype · 7 months ago
Sylar said an episode earlier, that to put him down.. the part of the brain You have to hit is microscopic.. so that explains it. Danko just missed that part of the brain.. (wich is also in the back of his head).
  • HEROGUY · 7 months ago
wow Sylar is totally immortal now, he wont stay dead anymore sweet :D
I totally thought nathen was a gonner till i saw the darts.
also Hiro wont die cuz they said they have a huge story planned for next season for him. And apperantly Matt is to kill someone in the finale i'm thinking its Danko.
  • Jed Miller · 7 months ago
I think that the hero that dies is Angela. She gives herself up for one of her sons. I think Peter gets his powers back when he touches Sylar. The past episode futures don't apply anymore because there are too many differences now. There is the possiblity of a similar future, but not the same. The show will be really lame if Peter doesn't get his powers back. That was what made season one so good was the inevitable show down of Peter and Sylar.
  • Cam · 7 months ago
if they kill off Angela how are they gonna tie in the flashback episodes next season that depict a young angela, charles, linderman and bob?

she cant die it just wouldnt work.
  • LukkiStar · 7 months ago
    Awesome episode.
But the end was a bit confusing and anti-climatic...
I don't get why he said the knife hurt, doesn't it always hurt to get stabbed with something for healers, then you just recover quickly?
The "conversations" between Sylar and his mom were a bit... disturbing.
Apparently Sylat has a soft spot for kids, I bet we'll see this continue if he meets Matt Parkman Jr.
My only real complaint is that we're really no farther along than we were last episode with the advancing of the plot.
  • SomeGuy · 7 months ago
"that hurt" was another example of Sylar's classic cheezy punchlines

and Sylar, from the beginning, never had a soft spot for kids. He tried to kill Molly in the second episode remember?
  • G · 7 months ago
Totally, I'm confused why Sylar didin't die, and what is he doing with Claire again?? So glad Bryan Fuller and Tom Kring back in the writing!!!
  • mattt · 7 months ago
i find it strange that sylar helped micha. u say he has a thing for kids, but way back when, one of his primary goals was to kill molly walker and gain her power, while he never succesded, he did try multiple times.
  • mattthehero · 7 months ago
Micahfollowed thr dragon rules flatter and give a purpose other than killing you
  • sonsy · 7 months ago
Come on i just think danko missed with the knife because if sylar is completely immortal now the only way to destroy him is if someone has arthur petrellis powers and considering the fact that he's dead.....
I can't wait till the next episode though

    HEROES RULESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
  • mattthehero · 7 months ago
Myabe Slyar shapeshifted the "spot" to a different spot on hus bodyt?
  • mattthehero · 7 months ago
tonights episode has left me feelimg mixed. I'm hopeful that Dankos dead. But Hiro looks to be in trouble he seemed to be coming around to the team worl thing. I saw min/max possibilitiea. They showed Tracy in the intro but not even any hint on her. arg
  • G · 7 months ago
Yeah, It was great to see the conversations with Sylar and his adoptive mom. Very creepy, like a split personality. Really excited to see the storyline come full circle.. I've been waiting two seasons for these psychological consequences to come to a head. That first killing of his "mom" (who didn't even have a power) was what sent him into the tizzy of guilt and the downward spiral into the killing sprees. It was a pivotal encounter that never seemed to get addressed by him, until now!! Now we see how he felt about her: the hurt, the lonliness, the insanity, the deep insecurity, and need to be special. His desire for additional powers gave him a confidence and feeling of invincibilty, that pushed his pain underneath.. and now, this identity crisis is hurray, bringing it to the surface, so we can get underneath Sylar complex psyche even more. Great writing!
  • Cougar · 7 months ago
Has anyone thought of the possibility that Peter's power evolves in the same manner as his dad's? Right now, Peter can copy the power of the person he touches, similar to his dad. What's to say this power won't evolve into him stealing their power if he wants to (permanently), like his dad? Might be a stretch. This could be a way to stop Sylar, or even kill him, or anyone else for that matter. Just a thought.
  • Boogieman · 7 months ago
This is what I have been saying for a while now...Peter's original power was different when he took a power his DNA changed into that DNA so later he could access it and use the power, with this in mind what DNA was he last exposed to? Arthur! So if Arthur started with the power Peter has now then evolved that would mean Peters DNA is primed for Arthurs power so he just has to evolve...Ando or Touch and go or both. Also explains how he never got any of Sylars other powers except TK and why in the beginning before Claude he could only do what people physically close to him could do.
  • G · 7 months ago
Yeah, it does seem that with the writing that's happened this season that Sylar seems to be gaining some conscience about killing kids. Molly was so desired by Sylar because of her specific power. By knowing where anyone was, he could evade the police easier. But after he gained more powers and healing, his ego grew and grew, and his fear of capture and death diminshed, thus, not needing it so much. BTW, where is Molly? Matt and Mohinder were her guardians.. what's happened with that?

Ditto, Michah played into Sylar's need to be "special" which is a stronger core desire for him that is primary, and only feeds into his killing desire. Sort of makes sense. Plus, he was never really "partnering" with Danko, and he does have loyalties to those with powers and a superiority complex over mere 'humans.' So Michah used that as well... but my question is when did Micah become so insightful about Sylar? I can't remember, when did Sylar know Micah and meet him previously? And all his time being rebel?? Hmm, they still haven't explained how Michah pulled that all off or how he knew from the beginning about how he learned abou the whole 'fugative campaign.' I would love to see a flashback episode following rebel's actions during these months... Though, probably not going to happen though with this being the finale already and the next season taking a new turn.
  • SomeGuy · 7 months ago
That's not why Sylar wanted Molly's ability. He wanted it to find other's like her, and take their ability. But having a perfect memory and looking at a list didn't hurt either lol.
  • G · 7 months ago
We never really knew for sure about Arthur's power, or it's source... Was he at Coyote Sands? Was it natural, or artificially implanted years ago like Nathan and Tracy and others? Peter's ability seemed be an extension of his good heartedness-- an empathic ability, feeling others...and becoming a "copy cat" power. His dad seemed to have power to touch others and "steal" them. That doesn't seem the same to me. Each character seemed to need time for their power to manifest fully and learn how to "master" it. That's what season 1 was about-- Peter couldn't yet control his emotions or the powers he was accumulating, until he literally "blew up." It's unlikely that it would continue developing into an ability from copycatting (where the original person maintains their power) into "taking" it from others. It's not true to his nature.

Besides, Peter seemed to have "lost" his abiliies when his dad took them and he hasn't really seemed to gain them back the same way again... first it seemed to be "copied" by touching Tracy and Mohinder, and then losing the previous one, but now he seems to have kept Flying from Nathan without losing it from touching other heroes. Maybe that's the control he has developed? -- Boy did the stinking writers work themselves into a hole this past year!
  • Boogieman · 7 months ago
This is all true but the way Peter's original power worked was by changing his DNA to copy the ability that's why when he was close to anyone with a power that power took center stage until he learned to pic and choose he only had immediate access to the present ability. This I assume is because while he was close to them his DNA stayed like theirs until they were out of range then it snapped back to it's original form and this is why I think his power has changed into what he has now, his DNA mimicked Arthurs DNA and when he took his power his DNA never changed back not unlike the shapeshifter. Think about this why did it seem Arthurs only power in the episode "Our Father" seem to be telepathy the same power his minion Maury Parkman had? Maury probably got a hold of the original formula to try and give him a dose to see if he would get better this could have evolved him while he was bed ridden.
  • Boogieman · 7 months ago
Sorry I meant to say Peters genetic marker not his DNA...Standing close to someone with an ability his genetic marker mimics theirs then his DNA absorbs it that's why he had to learn to connect with them. He had no direct access to the marker because his original marker had returned to normal so he used empathy to re-connect so he could use that marker again. This is why he couldn't use it like Sylar, it was just a marker no way to see what markers he had collected...This why I think he went nuclear in Kirby plaza his marker kept changing automatically like flash cards and he was trying to use some manually at the same time. He overloaded and blew up.
  • HEROGUY · 7 months ago
I'm thinking it was more like his body and subconsious mind would mimic the person from whom he took the power from, as your recal when he took the Nuclear ability from Ted, Ted was pissed off Huge..
which in turn made that ability unstable.. it took alot but peter got it under control the first time..yet on kirby plaza when Sylar was attacking Pete got super pissed and lost control and boom..
i dunno its just a thought but i think the current mood of the person is a big factor when he mimiced abilities.. another example is when he went to see issac, issac was all bout changing the world and saving it and such and peter completly agreed and was then able to finish that comic book story board painting fairly quickly. when he flew for the first time he agreed with his brother that it might all just be in his head (the sene on top of the building when petet levitates off the edge towards nathen wich he drew before hand in stickman style)
He absorbed clairs ability threw her fear from sylar and when sylar cut into peters head he healed right away because he was scared.
emotions play a big part i beleive not only peters but the person from who he gets them from at the time.

"when did Sylar know Micah and meet him previously? And all his time being rebel?? You saw/heard about the scene that was cut, right? the arc with HRG taking Micha under his wing? they said that while that was cut, they plan to bring that back but in a different way. so my guess is they will flash back and show what he's been up to all this time. maybe HRG did take him in before he lost the authority he had. Micha might not be that insightful, but HRG probably is, enough to educate him on Sylar's issues. not to mention Sylar kinda spelled things out anyway by having those conversations with himself in front of him.

Anyway, love this ep, I just with the finale wasnt next week, this season has finally gotten great. it was already pretty decent in around the middle, but these past few eps (minus last weeks to an extent) have been top noch. looking forward to next week.

Micah knew who Sylar was because he had access to the building 26 computers, Sylar didnt know who "Rebel" was until they met. Sylar says "your just a kid". Micah seemed to know a lot about sylar tho something that wouldnt be in files..I think Micah can read people as I think his power is evolving how else would he be able to tell what Sylar was going thru?

From what I can see is Micah's power isn't just understanding machines it looks as though he can connect with people too...First Doyle and now Sylar. Micah and Sylar never met before but they saw each other in Kirby plaza. Maybe being that both Doyle and Sylar can control people Micah can use his power to connect with them as if they were machines.

I just don't understand why they would sup up Sylar to being immortal before the last episode...Nobody has the power to stop him maybe if Peter's power is evolved by Ando or Touch and Go and he steals Sylars power away from him, Sylar has become a god.

What is up with Hiro? Side effects from Touch and go's magic touch?
  • D · 7 months ago
Micah can connect to machines. All he has to do is connect with the government’s computer mainframe and read all the classified files. He would know everything. From whom the government is hunting to physiological profiles. (Sylar's)

So I just watch next weeks teaser trailer again... I dont know but I think one of the Petrillis must die, if you watch, Angella screams like "OMG one of my kids dies" that or she just in front of Sylars lightning or something... don't really know, I find make theories to be quite fun. I hope Hiro doesn't have a brain tumor or anything from how he controls his powers :(. Next week is going to be sweet... just don't want to wait until the fall for the new season :(.

I think Peter should touch Sylar to get his powers back. That would be so freak'n sweet. I think Sylar might even became a since of hope for the rest of the gang. Nathan is not going to die--he is always getting jack-up.

OK! Could anyone explain to me HOW IN THE WORLD Sylar changes clothing too???? THAT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LAME! C'mon... i know it's sci-fi and i know i am a geek for following too much, but please do not insult my inteligence. It's one thing to absorbs someone's DNA (which by they way has flaws too, because it should also imply the ability to replicate their power since it lies on everyone's DNA) but from there to transfor his clothes too??? What kinf od power is that? FASHONISTA HERO??? being able to change your clothing as you please??? DUMB DUMB DUMB!!!!!

Last but not least, Sylar's new nemesis will be Claire. He will pass onto the hunger and his powers because they are both "especial". wait and watch.

look on comicbookresources.com on monday. There is a Q and A with the writers and i'm sure that question will be on there.
  • Tarot · 7 months ago
I made it a point to ask them about the clothing.

So Sylar immortal (or so it seems), Hiro has a bleeding nose, most of the other heroes have been captured, Micah escapes and Danko is in trouble. Next week should be great. Do you think Sylar shape shifting into his Mum was the "goofy" thing Kring was talking about? I mean it was a bit weird. Also what's the deal when Sylar changes, his clothes change too. Unless that's an evolved part of the ability? "An Invisible Thread"? It screams Claude.

How did sylar get into Micha's house without micha hearing him, can he teleport like hiro?
  • SylarPetrelli · 7 months ago
Gday, just a question, if you get injected with the blood of one of the healers, does that make you a self healer too? because didnt Nathan get injected with the blood of the other healer guy? after he blew up with Peter? if that is so then Sylar could "kill" Nathan in the last ep, without knowing that he can regenerate, so Nathan could make an appearance in the next season... just a thought, also whos power did Sylar take which allows him to teleport? cause i cant remember if he ever took that power...thank you.
  • don · 7 months ago
I thought when Ando put his hand on hiros shoulder and said that us bieng a team changes everything, stop time, he was going to superpower hero and do some messy time adjustment ability, but instead Hiros power went
  • don · 7 months ago
and I dont think that Syler can teleport but he does seem to be getting around very quickly these days
  • don · 7 months ago
Like when he got out of the taxi with Danko and then he was on the roof
  • rhimand · 7 months ago
maybe sylars regenerative ability has evolved.he cannot be easily killed just by stabbing his head.but he also has developed a weakness his broken persona has appeared..it seems to be the good side of sylar. the only person sylar loves and loves him, his mother..i think that is sylar's ultimate weakness his good side.in the first place sylar doesnt want to be bad he only wants to be special. to be known as someone who has remarkable abilities.that's why the first time he killed someone he has so much guilt to himself.
  • sfsdheroesfan09 · 7 months ago
My thinking on Hiro "losing" his power (and I am sorry if someone already said this, I can't read all of the comments)is that right before he tried to stop time Ando touched him. Now either Ando supercharged him to much and fried Hiro's brain on purpose because of what Hiro did to him earlier, or he supercharged Hiro too much on accident. I don't know just a thought.

Also when the agents showed up earlier in the episode and Hiro froze time, I don't remember him touching Ando at the moment he stopped time, so if they weren't touching how was Ando able to move while time was supposed to be frozen? Did anyone else happen to catch if they were touching at that time or not?

  • blaccjacc · 7 months ago
LMAO, dude, you came to a HEROES forum to tell HEROES FANS & FOLLOWERS that YOU don't watch the show anymore because it's "gone"...............................................................................who cares.....I still watch it & I love it...so there.

Do you feel any different knowing that I absolutely love the show and have loved it since it started....wait, get this....I even loved season 2, and it was only half a season.
  • Eric · 7 months ago
he copied & pasted this from the other site. look, who cares, dont watch, watch, I could give a rats ass, it's a friggen TV show, if you dont like it, guess what? They have 500 other channels of mindless garbage you can watch, change the channel & shaddap!
  • thekraken · 7 months ago
All of the shows you mentioned suck, and I for one thought the shows got better once the old writers came back

I have just finshed watching "i am Sylar" now last week 1961,was probably the worst episode of Heroes, and definatley the worst build up to the ending of "ANY" series on tv at the moment,Now with 2 episodes left we get this pile of rubbish...I Am Slykar"..Now i have read all your comments ans yes there are some nice questions the show answered (as usual) and some new ones (to confuse us even more, than LOST)...And i see and hear all your theorys on Sylat and HRG,and the petrellis ,and most of all who;s gonna die..BUT regardless of all of those nice little questions, the Epsode was RUBBISH,i agree totally with BRIAN's post....shows like 24 ,LOST PrisonBreak, are panning the hell out of this show when it comes to cliff hangers, and what makes in worst is the above shows are not even near the end of the season yet, and there shows are still better, this penultimate show should of been a massive story, cliff hanger, instead, we got a weak, character building show, with no meat on the bones, nothing this show left us with really, ihave no idea what exciting script they have for us next week, and frankly dont care much now, i dont think they can retrive a bad 3rd season on 1 episode now.....i think they may have lost it , they will just about have a audiance for season 4, which if it is this bad it will be there last....!!!

heres a tip dont like it don't watch it theres tons of others that do!
  • sylarfan32 · 7 months ago
Neo, you're an idiot. it was an awesome episode. And if you hate the show so much, why don't you stop watching and let the rest of us enjoy obviously good television. By the way, nice spelling.
  • Eric · 7 months ago
I'm going to hazzard a guess that English isn't your first language, because if it is may I suggest "Hooked On Phonics"? Perhaps an SRA lab? Dude, you spelled Sylar 3 different ways in less then two lines of text! Look, do us a favor, please, dont watch, go watch Lost, or Fringe, or even better; Sesame Street!
  • hmmmmm · 7 months ago
now hear dis pls...in the future nathan dies, peter gets a scar and for sylar...he becomes the president....according 2 me in the next episode...sylar DOES kill nathan...whereas peter arrives late....they have a face off...by the end of which peter absorbs sylar's ability of empathetic absorbtion of powers...and sylar while tryin 2 kill peter gets distracted ..dude 2 which da scar..which is supposed 2 b horziontal on the forehead of peter...goes down slantin on his face :D!!..lets see...also i believe..that in the past also peter could have only 1 power @ a time...when he jumped off the building with sylar..in the attempt to save claire....he absorbed his super absorbin ability..i think that was the time when he went super!

hey guys there are some people who love the show but not this rubbish they are writing Brian Fuller was an angel in my heart for heroes and now he`s a knife in my A** . come on guys!!! be realistic if you want the show to come back tell what you really feel about it remember season one the ultimate fast rhythm! introducing of lovely characters! they all were interesting and now what are they doing really?
what is the story? does it still keep you busy in mind?
all these theories means that you are trying the to love the show when it`s gone. NBC said that they may stop it!!!
everyday there are less people who watch it. if it goes back to its original theme it will be my number 1.
  • Boogerman · 7 months ago
hey i still dont get why peter needed to get sylar's ability in the future? he still hasn't used sylars abiliy in any of the episodes specially when arthur took all his abilities back in pinehurst.
  • bread · 7 months ago
hmmm i wonder what kind of power simone had i mean she would either have the power of baby matt or her father because that's the case for matt right? he got the same power as his father but matt son's power is different from matt so simone would have a similar case right? or maybe it depends with simone's mother.. come to think of it.. who was simone's mother? :> ( i compared it to matt because matt's father and charles have similar powers)ummm and is there any chance that nikki is still alive? i think nikki's story line is better than tracy's, because nikki is it just multiply personality disorder or there's more to it? cause as far as i remember that symbol tattooed at her back only shows up with her alter ego...i wonder if tracy has one too since they are siblings and all...

Sylar needs to die. He has died so many times thus far, or escaped so many situations that any other hero wouldn't be able to overcome. I'm not denying that Sylar's character isn't badass, I'm just really disappointed in the director's use of Sylar is really cheap.

The "I am Sylar" episode, Sylar was put in a situation that should have forced him to die temporarily at least--but some how overcame this problem. How?

It also seems that his telekinesis power trumps every situation all the time. Including his little skirmish with the puppet guy.

I'm really puzzled why people really like Sylar when his character is invulnerable.

I look forward for the next episode where Sylar escapes death yet again.
  • bread · 7 months ago
well no matter what happens i think sylar and claire will always live unless you burn them to ashes and throw a piece of granule in every part of the world or outside into space. umm i think sylar overcame that brain stabbing thing because danko didn't hit the right spot... :|
  • mama3 · 7 months ago
Sylar is waaaaay too powerful. How did he survive the knife? The only thing I can think is Danko missed the mark? That is really bothering me.
  • SY-ko~kee-LAR · 7 months ago
I loved this episode!!! We really looked inside Sylar!
Why is everybody trying to figure out how Sylar is gonna die? Look, Micah told him that he could save them all. Maybe he can save them, but first they'll have to trust him. That will make him very special. Just a thought...
And I don't want Sylar to die, I love him!
    Heroes never dissapoints me!
  • Crinisis · 7 months ago
The character, Sylar, is an interesting character. I think he really does a good job portraying a serial killer. In my opinion the director isn't using Sylar to make the story interesting, just the character, and he is too powerful. I don't want the story to be just about Sylar, but other powerful bad guys as well. Imagine a villain that could kill Sylar not because he as uber powerful skill--or acquired super power X, but because he really plans out the execution of super hero using the strong point of his skill--but he's not always successful.

An interesting story in my opinion is one that makes you believe heroes universe could actually be real. Imagine the bad guys win, but sometime loses, and to be fair the good doesn't always win, but super heroes aren't invincible-- they sometimes die.

The things in the story aren't consistent. Sylar need to die, so that other more vulnerable heroes and super villains can have an even field to have a *REAL* story.

I personally thought the "I AM SYLAR", was interesting, but I know Micah has an innocent heart, but still, knowing who Sylar is and acting completely calm? SPOILER ---What's with the dagger in the back of his head? He is completely invulnerable now. He can't be beaten.

Well, to be honest, i am a little disappointed by I am Sylar. I was expecting more action cos truth to be told, the story plot was slow in my opinion. Since ep.20, i was maybe expecting too much. Ep 23 '1961' and Ep 24 do not show where the writers are taking us and how all of them will meet for the final showdown. I do understand in the last 3 ep. they have to set up everything for the final ep but guys, we watch the show for some Heroes action. I will not say it is rubbish(as above) cos it is not but i'll still hope that the last episode will eventually end as a Season 1 'heroes' episode.

As mentioned above, it was cool to know how Sylar could turn into Nathan. But could he be moving so fast at the snapping guy's flat or at the warehouse with Micah? (same question as for the taxi and the roof).

I loved also the Sylar/Mum identity crisis. We have a better understanding of what's going on in his head but he is still unpredictable.

Apart from that, something is missing. You know usually at the end of the ep. you are just being crazy cos you can't wait the next ep.(as ep.20 did). But for the last 2 ep. i did not feel that way.

I really look forward to "the invisible thread" though hoping it will offer us what we all expect for a long time: Peter having his powers back.
