Heroes 4.11 Thanksgiving Discussion Thread
now that is how you end the show
also on a side note whats with killing off healers man peter better hold on to that power
last the moment they give peter back the ability to hold more than one power he will fall into a coma or become powerless again. In other words he is going to have one big burst of power (god level) then be just a normal human.
Anyone have any scoop on if she has a power or any signs hidden in the show?
I wonder how samuel got to teleport tracy to the carnival. Cause it wasnt an illusion.
I knew that sylar was faking his dissapearance haha.
Now i think sylar(matt) is gonna go find his body.
Let me just say I do have a firm grip on reality and I know the show isn't real but I thought the scenes were the young boy was dragged to his death were awful! I know they only showed the before and after scenes but DUH!, we all know how he got to the 'after' part. I have two sons and although they aren't angels, I would be horrified if anyone hurt them. Couldn't they have done something differently with that character?
I am glad I have missed so many other shows, who knows what other horriifc scenes with young people I have missed. I thought the show was about real Heroes, not another show about people who are magically granted special powers and then made out to be freaks and their soap opera lives because of the way they are treated.
Sad part is, in real life sick things happen to young people every minute of the day. I read about it and see it in the news, I just wish fake tv shows weren't showing it too.
Edgar!! Keep rolling steady & strong Heroes!! Im with yal all the way, Unlike the half-fans & bandwagon jumpers!!
And likewise, I'm tired of idiots like you who have to criticise other peoples opinions, it's a television show, thats what television shows do, they allow opinions and different views. I happen to think you're an idiot for being so blinded by a television show that struggled significantly through it's second season and is only finally picking itself up; yet I don't constantly make pointless posts calling people half-fans and bandwagon jumpers because I have the superiority complex you seem to display.
And this season hasn't been steady, every other episode follows three seperate storylines, there is no continuation from one episode to another - that isn't a definition of steady. That's my opinion, my view, if you don't share it fair enough but keep your petty, childish little accusations and criticisms to yourself.
I get annoyed some times because I think a show like heroes needs to have more good vs evil action, the character's need more purpose. Heroes is not the same without peter and sylar at full strength and at the moment one has no memory while the other cannot hold more than one power at a time.
Just one last moan the idea of putting Sylar mind in another body was the worst story ever, not that i want Sylar dead but they had the chance to kill him and didn't why? Now Mat is having a drinking contest with himself cmon.
The fact that they kept nathan alive through sylar, only leaves fans with not knowing how to react.
Because you cant really feel bad for Nathans death, since he isnt all that dead, its confusing, and ruined completely the fact that one major character died.
As soon as Sylar/Matt finds him, Sylar will leave Matt's body and enter his own...then they will show Sylar and Nathan in the same body just like they've shown Matt and Sylar in the same body...at which time, Sylar will kill Nathan.
And dont get me started on the lame Claire and Gretchen sorority story...
The only interesting part of the episode is Sylar taking over Matt's body. With Sylar's intelligence and Matt's power, Sylar should be able to take over planet earth in one episode. If the writers have Sylar/Matt do anything less than take over the world, I will flip out...
And if they show those stupid colors in one more episode, I'll go crazy.... We get it, she can see colors. Big woooop!
Was Sylar not already in Matt's body? (His mind), though the scene was classic...it does not make sense....,
Samuel by far is the best character this season...his acting is superior to all. The only prob, what the heck is his power, i saw in one of the comments, he can move any mineral or earth whatever...., but what about the painting thingy he does behind lydias back???, he seems to be able to do whatever he likes...
One Power at a time Peter is not cool at alll, i have been crying about this since last season.
Ending of the episode...was really great....Samuel Rocks....!!!
Samuel's power is confusing, not the painting on Lydias back thing - that's him controlling the tatoo ink combined with Lydia's unknown power (foresight perhaps?) - but his ability to 'teleport' people to the carnival (Sylar, Tracy...). And yes, Peters ability to only hold one power at a time is beginning to get very boring and tiresome, when push comes to shove and Matt loses control to Sylar (Matt's the only person other than Peter who would have a chance against Sylar...), Peter is the only one who could equal him. In his current state he wouldn't stand a chance.
