is this hiros first , second chance or second, second chance ...because in season one didnt he try like 50 times ...and come to the realization that he couldnt save her. that was how they tried to tell us you cant change the future . and then they saved new york which is kind of an oximoron . but that was the whole point of hiro and charlie story
  • kidsan · 3 weeks ago
this is his 2nd attempt to save her cause in season 1 he went back in time to save but not only winded up going back six months behind when he wanted to go but he found she wass terminally ill and will probily die anyway

I'm really looking forward to this. The previews alone are amazing.

could it be that hiro takes her "out of time" as it were? seems weird, she's going to die anyway, so how would he save her exactly? hmm...

wow, amazing episode!!! i'm still trying to wrap my head around what mistake samuel made and how it relates to mohinder..i'm definitely eager to find out though..i wonder if anything will change w/Sylar's path after hiro told him he'd die alone and all..hmmmm Hiro's shakin' things up..aww yeah!

Maybe Hiro takes her to the future to be cured by Peter.
  • StillAware · 2 weeks ago
Hero needs to get back to Peter so that he can be saved himself.

This episode is below the usual standard. One dilemma Hiro did not face, it seems, is crushing butterfly Sylar before he acquires Claire's abilities. The episode did not even bother dealing with why it would not work. And Sylar looked stunted in this episode, which is very unlike the character. All in all, silly.

hiro didnt stop him the first time... peter did... then he got the ability anyway... what you have to remember is that hiro doesnt know sylar can shift... so as far as hiro is concerned sylar can still die... also he says several times he doesnt want time to go complooey... all he wanted to change was charlie... he didnt look himself because zachary quinto was trying to play a character he never had... he wasnt cast as sylar when the original charlie story aired... it was a new sylar still coming out of his shell

that was great. they should keep doing episodes about the past because it just makes us all remember why we got hooked on the show to begin with

I thought it was an awesome episode, the best one so far this season. I also was thinking maybe hiro changed the way sylar thinks, but that smile sylar gave at the end i think proved me wrong.
I hate samuel now, but he is the best actor in the show lol. And now i know why mohinder hasnt been appearing on the show lol.
So that was where he was, i hope they explain that soon.
I didnt see the point of lauren, unless she pops up in the next episodes, because she goes haitan with her mind, and its i dont know, it didnt matter to the present i think.

I expect she'll pop up. She specifically said in dialogue with Noah, "I'll be there if you ever need me", at least three times. I expect Noah will call her at some point for help and she'll end up his romantic interest now that the missus is out the way.

ohh thats right, miss bennet is no longer married to noah. so that could work out

Everytime "Heroes" time travels, whether by flashback or through Hiro or Peter, it always screws up and is inconsistent with past episodes. The stuff with Hiro and Charlie was kind of cool, but the whole HRG romantic subplot was unnecessary and silly. Seriously, his daughter is being hunted by a serial murderer whose due to strike the next day, and he's got some time to visit a potential hook-up at a hotel for a heart-to-heart about their 'relationship'? Umm....
HRG and Claire had a tense relationship at that time, and she was not getting along with her squad (she punched the head cheerleader, which got her grounded, which was HRG's excuse for keeping her home). Did Heroes pick up some writers who previously wrote for soap operas?

See I thought the episode was kind of silly. Especially with HRG and his romantic interest. I agree with you if HRG knew a serial murderer was after his daughter how does he have any time to think of possibly hooking up with a co-worker.

The only thing I disagree with you on is his relationship with Claire. It may have been tense at the time but that doesn't mean they can't sit down and spend time together. I dont know... overall I thought this episode kind of sucked.

Honestly, I can't stand Hiro. He's the dumbest character ever. The writers need to kill him off fast.

    HUGE SPOILER ABOUT ZYLAR AHEAD

Zylar = Hiro and Charlie's son. Zylar's mom, the woman with the snowballs = charlie, snowballs = mementos of the places he went with Hiro while he was still alive in the future, "Your father worked with clocks" = Your father was a master of spacetime continuum.

just a crazy theory or am i beggining to see a few knots here and there? lol
