This episode is going to have some kind of butterfly effect I know it. Hiro is gonna screw up the future somehow with this one. And besides Saving Charlie from Sylar is only going to delay the inevidable what with her brain tumor.

The question here is, did we somehow miss Samuel being there the first time around or did he have Arnold send him back? I am suspecting the later as it's clear Samuel thinks that the path he's set Hiro on will convince him to join the Carnival.

I only recently found this site but I saw in one discussion that someone asked where all the commentators had gone. I'm a long time loyal Heroes fan but I think there have been some behind the scenes power plays going on. Adrian Pascar would obviously like to stay around which at this point would mean Sylar would go. Intramural jealousy happens but I think it will destroy the show. Whoever got the pink slip with no prior notice was not treated fairly and that is not the type of show I like.

Ironically, I think the writing this season has been excellent and I have no agenda against any actor in particular. I just think the jealousy (when Zachary gets attention from fans) has been obvious at Comicon and in other interviews. That doesn't seem very professional on their part. I guess Hollywood has politics but it is not very entertaining.
    It is really a shame.

Pete should be able to heal both of them but if their as noble as they act they'll accept their fate together. On a Sylar Nathan note I think it's time to let Nathan die. Great actor and character but he has always had a bleak future of getting killed anyway, draw him closed...long live Sylar!

ok ...so nobody realizes this is not hiro's second times saving charlie..in season one he tried over 40 somethin times and came to a realization that you cant beat death.... so he said his good bye and let charlie live her days . so this is dumb but i guess the writers thought every one would forget that..

Agreed definately, I was like 2nd chance or 500th, but then again maybe with the knowledge that "samuel" gave him something is different. I'm beginning to question this carnival, what is the real purpose behind////it's so secretive, I seriously want the old sylar back. I wonder whats going to happen now that he has taken over parkmans body. Is it just me or does peter have his father's ability and maybe its like back at square one that he doesn't know it's full potential, or maybe he just need baby parkman to "charge him". I don't know things are getting weird but i mean after watching all the seasons and episode there have been serious and major boo boos

maybe they just need to get peter to understand what he can do with his powers and then he will get stronger and if he keeps the healer's power he has a chance to kill sylar.

Too many speculative storylines going on.
    Alright.
Somehow Peter was able to get his abilities back, and now is able to get someone else's ability. He got Edgar's ability (speed), and Jeremy's ability (can heal or kill). Question is - how will Peter USE these abilities this season?

Hiro believes this brain tumor will kill him. He's going to Charlie who also is going to die. He knows that Sylar is there, who killed Charlie in the first place taking her power.

If Hiro teleports OUT of there with Charlie, I agree that it will create a HUGE butterfly effect - which is what Hiro wanted to avoid all together. But he's already doing that this season already. He went back in time, changed the accident with his sister, and now Ando and Hiro's sister are together.

    What ELSE will he change?

Maybe this will give you an insight over the next few weeks.

11/2/09 - Once Upon A Time In Texas
    Occurs 3 years ago
    - Hiro tries to save Charlie
    - Samuel shows up confusing Hiro's mission
    - We see HRG's past with his Primatech partner

    11/9/09 - Shadowboxing
    - Claire gets to the bottom of the sorority attacks, but HRG intervenes.
    - Peter's wants to help Emma accept her new ability
    - Sylar continues to control Matt, with dangers implications

And here's the titles on the episodes for the rest of 2009:
    11/16/09 - Brother's Keeper

    11/23/09 - Thanksgiving

    11/30/09 - The Fifth Stage

    `12/07/09 - Upon This Rock

    `12/14/09 - Let It Bleed

Here are some questions to think about:
    - IF Hiro saves Charlie, then what next?
    - What kind of butterfly effect will that have?
    - What exactly occurred with HRG's partner?
    - What does Claire find out with the sorority?
    - Will Peter save Hiro? And Charlie?
    - How will Matt get rid of Sylar?
    - Who will "bleed" in 12/14?

Guess we have to keep watching for the next 7 weeks to find out.
