WOW!! There once was a time people used to race to be "FIRST!!" to comment on this sort of thing...
Good looking preview though. Hopefully it'll follow up after the super-amazing previous episode.

Ok, so now we have Sylar's mind taking over Matt's body and Sylar's body, which is at the carnival, still has Nathan's mind, but some of Sylar's memories.

    Is that correct?

...sorry, just had to clear that up for myself, getting confusing.

Update: I do understand that Nathan's memories were erased, but it is still his mind.

Sylar's mind is taking matt's body, while Nathan's mind is going through amnesia while stuck in Sylar's body. He does not have any memories of Sylar, except for what he was shown in the house of mirrors.

I don't know maybe it's just me but from that clip it seem like Peter is losing what ability he has. The power to heal may be to great for him or Peter is going to become no power Peter.

What they need to do is put Peter on a journey to get full control of his powers. Like they did in season one. First have Peter be told something big is going to happen and he needs to be at full power. Then he sets out to get control of his powers.

I think it's more about him using his power too much. He's going to be using it a lot on his job, after all, he's a healer now, and likes to save people.

I think in the end, he will just drain himself to where he has no power left and will lose control of it, possibly putting lives in danger with the "double ability".

I'm really enjoying the season thus far. I like Matt but those caps don't bode well for him nor does the fact that Sylar is "driving."
