Heroes 4.12 The Fifth Stage Discussion Thread
You know, for making Mohindir a strong as heck beast, they have really turned him into a giant wuss. lets see him use some of those powers he coveted so much early on now that hes not a freak?
In closing i really do believe that claire needs to develop somehow, the OHNOES I CAN REJUVENATE MYSELF only goes so far. for someone that cant die she whines waaaay too much.
kill......peter........hiro wont do nething......
Something tells me the show-down is going to leave many mad and the last two mins. of the show is going leave everyone insane because we are all going to have to wait a long time to get our Heroes fit.
Is it me or did the writers just flip the whole script on us? Sylar is getting all nostalgic and remembering who he was. Returning to what he used to be? A glimpse of the sensitive side of a serial killer before he goes all insane again?
Finally after 3 seasons we get the truth, Sylar absorbs DNA, Peter's DNA used to change as he absorbed an ability and Arthur took the Power by stealing the genetic marker (guessing) Peter now copies and stores genetic markers (guessing).
Seeing how things work isn't that what Sylars power is? Isn't DNA a blue print of a body's structure? Or do you all think DNA absorption is a new power like that disintegration power? He uses DNA coupled with Shifting to steal a new identity without actually touching them? Or his shifting power is possible because he can absorb DNA literally becoming the person he copies?
This would mean after being the person, he knows how their brain works so he can use IA to copy the power. Man I imagine Sylar with 2 drop down lists in his head one for DNA and the other for genetic markers, the guy has more power than anyone on the show and he has become immortal, h.e.l.l. with just a snap of his fingers he can turn anyone to dust so I guess he has officially reached god status well if he ever got Hiros original power and molecule manipulation he could undo man and reconstruct him as he sees fit, tweak any power he needs to, resurrect the dead or make a slurry out anyone's atoms...God status!
Even with every power he ever had Peter wouldn't stand a snowballs chance in h.ell against Sylar unless he had Arthurs power witch I will argue to the death is nothing more than an evolved form of the power he has now. Rant over.
Now Hiro gets nose bleeds and almost dies when he stops time, just go the full length and take his ability out completly and make the show called "Normals". Seriously the thing with Hiro is so old, how many more times can he lose his powers or be nerfed?
Most likely Peter does store replicated abilities.
Oh, and Sylar originally had two abilities: Intuitive Aptitude and Empathic Mimicry.
anyway just a theory, but enough already with sylar being born with two powers. HE only had IA!!!!!!!!!!!
also we get to see sylar saying that claire would be mad at him. the only other possibilty is that peter dies... but we know he's going to be on next season.
But... he's been playing everyone for the whole of this volume 4! He has all his powers but he doesn't trust anyone anymore, so he doesn't want anyone knowing. He's been manipulated by everyone he loves and every time he does something, from his own idea or someone elses, it backfires i.e. the butterfly effect.
Notice - he never goes into anything scarred of consequencies anymore. Like when matt went with him to building 26, Peter took Matt's power which meant they couldn't fly outta there - Peter wasn't the slightest bit concerned about that - why? Coz when he needs to he will use his other abilities but hopefully not in view of people.
Soooooo... Peter dies, but, then uses Claires ability to re-gen and is back for seaosn 4!
Next Season I think they will use The Haitian to stop Sylar. only haitian man can stop him easily
anywayz i cant wait to watch the last episode....but i m also sad that it will b the last ep of this season.....i cant wait for the next season.....
So if we're still talking major characters from season 1 who can't regenerate or anything, there's Nathan, Matt, Noah Bennet, Ando, Angela, Micah, and Mohinder. And I personally don't want any of those characters to be killed off so I'm hoping it's Sandra Bennet lol.
Sylar says in the promo "Clairs going to be so mad at me" meaning he probably either killed nathen or peter but what if he kills noah?
That would get Angela crying as well since they worked together for so long and they seem to care about each other alot. Matt is said to use a torture technique on someone resulting in death as well my guess on this one is Danko. I'm just glad we dont have to wait 2 weeks or something stupid to see the finale.
This satisfies a) Scary Grandma's reactions in the promo, b) HRG's plea to Matt about losing Nathan forever, and c) Sylar offing an major character, plus his line about Claire being mad.
Sylar referring Peter as his "brother" in the future, while it's already shown there're not related (yet), has always bothered me. This would also satisfy that, I suppose.
Anyway, I think this is the most plausible plotlines given the infomation we have right now. We'll know in six days.
Heroes need to kill of Claire, she ruins everything about death in heroes, but i know that can never happen
"Claire will be mad at me ": just one person
"Claire will be so mad at me ": two persons.
Do not threat though, it's said that Hiro will have his best arc yet in season 4!!!!!
Hang in there Hiro!!!!!!!!
If one of them dies, Heroes is over.
Nathan dies. Sylar shapeshifts into The President.
THE END
(And Claude will come by and say "Hello m8" at the end)
LOL dude I almost snarfed my orange juice when I read that bit. I wish Claude would come by so long as Sylar doesn't get him.
Last but not least, Sylar’s new nemesis will be Claire. He will pass onto the hunger and his powers because they are both “especial”. wait and watch.
OR, this title could mean that Sylar and Peter are going to have the battle that they were supposed to have in '5 years Gone'. Because the invisible thread ties them together, and they are destined to have a final fight?
WHY?
I have a whacky theory as to how Sylar changes clothes; IT’S A TV SHOW! I suppose they COULD go in to some lame explination, but to conserve time & expendatures, i’m sure that there isnt anything written down about it, we, as an audience, are clearly expected to suspend disbeliefe, its a comic book brought to life on tv, I cant get over how fans love to shove these shows under the proverbial microscope and disect the hell out of it. I actually think its cool that people are THAT in to the show, but come on now…..
"TITANS".
Also looking for an answers to the Sylar Question?
Angela screams cuz shes worked with him for a long time
claire is gonna be mad- its her dad!
plus i read a spoiler before the volume started that said the writers were sad they could only have HRG in flash backs after this season
He's gonna kill Noah, there's no doubt about that. And Mohinder and Ando are going to kick some serious ass while Hiro shows Peter the baby. Then comes the epic battle we expected at the end of season 1 followed by Matt convincing Sylar via mind waves to touch baby parkman and lose all his powers. Then in the last minute and a half we find out Danko gained an ability
Peter can absorb someones power but what if that person has more than one power? If Peter touches sylar does he get a copy of all Sylars abilities?
I do like the idea of Matt Parkmans baby causing the temporary loss of Sylars ability. The problem that Hiro has just had with his ability going ary (possibly due to some connection with the baby) may point the way to how to temporarily get an advantage over some foes.
Looking forward to the final episode but suspect it will finish with a cliffhanger and a lot of unanswered questions.
they started again when hiro discovered matt jr had powers.
even after Hiro and Ando gave matt jr back to matt sr he was able to freeze time once before being captured when he touched ando and he didnt freeze and another time in the van when he was dressed in swat gear. I think Andos power is affecting Hiros somehow perhaps you can't super stop time?? and thats why it wont work and hiro gets nose bleeds? I think Ando just being around people adjusts there powers somehow.
your theory is good but i just think it has more to do with Ando.
and just fyi its building 26 :)
Micah's cousin should just randomly come in, do a superimpossible-physics-defying move and accidentally kill sylar.
xD
Don't know if its been said before, but Im going to say it anyways about peters powers. Everyone thinks that the writers adjusted his powers to make the show better. Did anyone ever think about the first season of heroes and peters ability. He couldn't use any powers by himself unless he touched someone to absorb that persons ability. Just like it is now in this current season. For example, in season 1, he had dreams about him flying because he was in contact with his mom, which means he absored her ability without knowning it. Than when he jumped off the roof top, he couldn't fly until he touched nathan and absorbed his power. Once he did that he lost his moms ability because he took nathans (and yet couldn't control it because he didn't know what was happening). Than when he was saving claire he touched her and absored her ability without knowing it, which in return made him heal when he fell. (Just like in the airplane from season 3 when he touched tracy. He absored her ability by accident, and also not knowing that he absorb a power, caused part of the airplane to freeze). The only part that I can't recall from season 1 is if peter touched sylar when he was saving claire. If he did than this would support everything that Im saying. Also if you can recall from season three arthur talked to sylar about empathy, and how his sons have it. Than sylar was able to learn how to use elle's power just through empathy. Now jump back to season 1, when peter met the guy with invisibility (forgot his name sorry). The invis character was teaching peter how to use his ability. Now work with me here, peter wasn't really learning how to use "his ability". He was actually learning how to use sylars ability through empathy, in which he absorbed. (There are two forms of sylars power, that of learning through the brain, and that of learning through empathy.) So peter was using empathy to recall all the powers of the people that were close to him or that in which he knew what there abilities were. Remember where the invis guy pushed him off the roof and he survived. He was thinking about claire, and that would refer to "empathy". Which is why he had to think about the peoples powers before he could actually use them. Than when he went in the future in season 3, he learned the other side to sylar's power.
Thats just what I think, and it acutally makes perfect since to me about peters powers. It would only mean that peter realized what his true ability was during one of the seasons, and that he was acutally using sylars abililty. Once he realized that he didn't absorb anyones powers because he realized he would loose sylars. Then once he lost his powers because of arthur, and regained his own powers back via formula. He knew that he had his own ability back to what we have come to know as now.
This means that he had the ability to absorb numerous abilities at the same time. he also absorbed TK from sylar which is not Sylars main ability. Also when Sylar went after mohinder and peter comes in Peter first goes invisible then Sylar tried to cut him open then he heals. Peter even said on the second ir first dont remember, episode of this volume that his powers changed so that he can only hold on to one at a time. so back then he didnt lose any powers that he absorbed.
Why must powers always be so destructive when sylar meets someone with abilities. I wish that one time at least, he would meet someone with a stupid power. Like I was hoping the dust guy would actually turn that figurine into a taco or something.
For next episode, the Petrellis (Nathan, Peter, Angela) are all involved in the scene to save Claire, and take down Sylar. Matt gets in this game too. Hiro, Ando, Suresh and HRG take on Building 26. Warning: I got a lot of these predictions based on Promo Pics from another site. We shall see. I love not knowing what's going to happen.
http://heroesspoilers-odi.blogspot.com/2009/04/...
I keep getting this thought of Peter shapeshifting back and forth between Nathan and himself in the next season, similar to Sylar and his mother.
hmm lets think for a sec back to season 1 who helped peter get his powers under control and taught him how to use them??
now in the next episode who is suppose to be coming back ??
i mean its in the name..
Claude :) the invisible man :)
He was the one who showed peter in season 1 how to control his powers and pull them out when needed
If he's coming back next episode id say hes going to have something to do with peter getting his powers back. ?
And I did the same after I saw I AM SYLAR but I saw photos that Danko was ok so that made me lose my suspense...lol :(
BUT I LOVE HEROES!!!!!!
Ive watched every episode... and I know too much I love this tooooo much and will never stop...
I want to congratulate all the people who does heroes.
suggestions, dont add aliens ! please, thats old !
Mysteries..
do you realize that at the end of each season the writer are always making us think nathan will die?
Will he this time?
Why ando is not practicing kamekamehas?
XD geo
syler kills nathan, nathan dies
peter joins with clair and they try to stop syler, peter touches syler and absorbs all of his powers at once...
than we've got syler and peter with the same abilitys...
than we'll have syler as nathan, fighting as nathan against the other heroes...
and than we would have the old game... than they are terrorists because they try to kill the senator/president...
then theyll get huntet, BUT first syler tryes to help his kind, (the other heroes) l8er on he sees that its not working and trys to hunt them down, like in the future Episode from Season 1
Matt will Look like kill sylar.
They said we think the killer will die, and Angela is getting Matt to save Nathan.
Peter: Lyer...!! (saing it to Syler)
Cut from the 1st Season Episode 20 Last minutes...
season-1 episode-20-five-years-gone
SO MY GUESS IS THIS WILL BE IT FOR HEROES BEING ALL POWERFUL. PETER WILL STAY THE WAY HE IS AND HIRO WILL NOT REGAIN HIS FULL POWER EITHER AND SYLAR WILL BE TAKEN DOWN FOR GOOD.
he never had to touch people to get their powers......
peter never touched that exploding guy....but he still absorbed his ability......
people are saying that their will be 3 deaths(total) in this season....
ie, one fake and two real deaths.....
if this is the case then 3 people have already died this season....
tracy, daphne and daddy patrelli......then how come anyone else gonna die......
why would they show sylar adquirin a new power ..usually when he does they put it to the test on the next episode being that said he got a cool power to kill or should i say dust people....so ...he uses this power to pulverize nathan...and fights...peter ...peter loses the battle and knocks him out cold...in the pictures you only see peter and clair..now saylar says: clair you gona be so mad at me....hummm how bout he becomes clair to fool peter and thats the end of that.
About Peter's Ability. So yeah, he got only a part of it back, Arthurs Words to Mohinder " Maybe you just need a real injection to get things working right." So basically Peter is starting from square one again...however, he hasn't come accross Claire recently to take her healing ability agian has he? So what happens when Clairs ability repairs his body ( and moreover his DNA ) ? He would probably get the full blown fix his body was yearning for! Ok, so yeah, that probably won't happen so stop thinking that too! ( IE he's not that dumb and the writers would have had him try that when they were in the desert ) So the most likely event is Peter touches Syler and copies ALL of his abilities at one time. Then because of this we have a simple showdown of good vs evil. Anyway, that my thought on that part.
Whos dying? If you have to ask ur not thinking Heroes Dimension and I won't tell you! Use the clues they have been giving you since day 1 and work with it from there, you'll figure it out....
Hiro Nakamura! He's the F****** man, why would they take his time traveling and teleporting powers? Because its broken thats why! Notice Ando reffered to him as Superman? Dont know if any of you watch smallville, but you should take alook into the last 5 episodes of it, they tell how "Clark" Thinks time travel has too many consequences, and so Hiro won't use them anyway...and uhhh cmon, Hiro still gotta be killed by Ando! So anyway, his power is because of Ando....Remember when Hiro and Daphne went at it? She could still move because Hiro can't..."STOP" time so to speak...he only slows it down a crap load. So Ando is super charging that effect in turn causing some serious effects on Hiro's body.
So, any comments? Please feel free to let me know, Because thats the intel I'm using from compiled episodes...Use your heads people...and wait 6 days...It isn't hard...
Leave the comments as a followup, I'll get back to them as I can
The Theorist
Claude got peter to control his powers in season 1
Claude is suppose to be coming back (maybe) for the last episode... maybe Claude will help peter to remaster his powers .
Also with hiro they will not kill him off but yes his powers are taking his toll on him now. As Arthur took his ability from his body. then baby matt restated hiro's mind so he can stop time again. but his body cant take it. I think that baby matt + ando combine there powers on hiro and that will fix him all up :)
i think HRG will be killed by sylar, and hopefully claude and symone will come back. BTW claire is amazing i hope she never leaves the show
cant wait until this episode
Hiro and ando save every one from building 26 stop time and let every one go. Matt join, HRG, ando, hiro and monhinder in the end when destroy what is left of the coyote sand and every Heroes profile so no one can track them again.
Now a new company is formed while sylar going crazy and still an "invincible thread"
What do you think?
I think Sylar absorbed Nathan I know it's crazy but there is a scene where Noah tells Matt if he doesn't do it Nathan will die...Matt can trap people in their own mind so Matt traps Sylar and Nathan takes over the body.
But as i know from interview with Jimmy Jean-Louis, The Haitian will not come back in Fugitives :(
Anyway I think Sylar should lost some of his abilities in the final episode. Also I think new hero will come in next Season.
To all you idiots out there who thinks that Peter will get his old Powers back later on then all of you people are sadly mistaken.
1. Peter has new and different ability there for there is no way he can get his old powers back.
2. Ando is a SUPER CHARGER there for he can charge up an ability not give back the old one.
3. Baby Matt Parkman can't touch and gives Peters his old ability back because he has a different one.
4. If you get Ando and baby Matt touching Peter in the same time then nothing happens he still has his new ability and he is not getting the old ability back!
You have to think more in the future when Peter has that scar on his face, he can't heal and can't mimic peoples ability. If you think I'm wrong about that last sentence then watch heroes season 3 episode 1 when future Peter was very close to Clare, his scar wouldn't go away and he couldn't heal again and he didn't when he got shot by Clare.
Now there is one and only possible way that Peter can be powerful again and still mimic peoples abilities, he has to somehow touch Sylar and if succeeds then he will have the ability to mimic peoples ability but this time he has to do it manually. Think of it like cars, Peter and Sylars ability to mimic peoples ability is the same but Peters one is an automatic ability and Sylar's how ever is a manual ability.
But I doubted that would happen though because Peter will eventually get the scar on his face so that's so yea, he wont have his old ability again. So stop thinking he will! His new ability is not that bad so stop saying he is all weak and not powerful because he's not! He's new ability kicks ass and it is a powerful one too!
I agree about his power being different though but I still think his power is what Arthur had, there is a reason we didn't see him do anything other than telepathy in the episode "Our father". Dude don't call people idiots everyone has a right to their opinion, if you don't agree just say "i don't agree" and tell us why or just leave it at that.
Ok, I admit, I went to far by calling people idiots I take that back.
Boogieman, How do you explain the scar on Peter's head? Obviously he would have been healed if he still has his old ability.
And another thing I forgot to add before how can Peter have the same ability as Aurthur? They are 2 different abilities!
And where do I see this gn thing that you mentioned because I can't find it.
When Peter was an empath mimic his marker would change to what ever marker he was around at the time, this is why he could do what they did at the time but when they left it would revert back to normal...He needed a tether to re access those powers because even though they were in his DNA he had no way of finding them again, the trick was to be able to turn his marker back into theirs so he could use the power...When he lost his power to his father his marker changed to Arthurs and it stayed that way until he took the formula witch turned on his marker now Arthurs before he took a 2nd dose of the formula or he evolved take your pic...The only thing in this paragraph that is a fact is that his marker changed to accommodate new abilities Mohinder covered this in season one the rest is all just speculation but answers all questions.
Now please no one bash me cose this is just my own personal opinion.
I think peter has ALMOST EXACTLY the same power he had to start with, he just hasn't realised it yet.
Think of it this way, his original power was emphatic mimcry - meaning when he came in close contact with an evolved human, by remembering them or their emotions he could tirgger their power. However, in the beginning of season 1... this power was very limited, he didn't know that all he had to do was remember the person, he thought he had to be near them. Eventually claude showed him his full power and by the end of the season he was, at least in part, in control of his abiities.
Once season 3 hit, he lost his abilities to Arthur and once re-injecting himself with the formula gained a limited version of his original in which he had to touch an evolved person to gain their power and could only hold one at a time. Basically, he's back at SQUARE ONE. essentially, he has to re-learn how to use his abilities again and get in touch with his empathy, so to speak. However, i do think from now on he's ALWAYS going to have to touch evolved humans to gain their abilities. You'd think this was a limitation, but think about it, it's actually an advantage. The reason he blew up in season 1 was because he couldn't control who's and what abilities he absorbed. When he was near an evolved human, BANG their ability was his. With touch, he has CONTROL, he picks and chooses what ability he gains. You may see this as a disadvantage.. but i don't. I think its definitly an advantage. It would also explain why he has the scar, he probably didn't "touch" clair once he gained it. (Also, mobile in the future scene that you were talking about, the Haitian was there anyway to block pete's abilities - hence why he didn't heal even if his old old ability was there).
So you see? His power hasn't "changed" it's just sort of "restarted" if you will. He has to learn how to control and manifest it. Eventually, he will able to store multiple abilities most probably through touch as it will give him more control over what abilities he absorbs. This is just my take, feel free to discuss.
By the way, this is all assuming he doesn't die next week... :( tht wuld SUCK.
The haitian wasn't there.
Still thought my theory works in the sense that he simply never touched claire after gettin his scar. Yes, it's a bit far-fetched, but clair did essentially turn "evil" - hence probably never giving him a chance. It would also allow the wirters to make peter POWERFUL again with a good weakness (he can die) so that he isn't a god (like sylar... wtf??)
I think once peter gets in touch with his empahty again we'll not only see the return of his power, but an advancement in that he can store multiple abilities through touch, giving him a greater control over what abilities he has.
I don't know, i could be wrong. we'll just have to wait and see.
IF however, they diecide to kill him of next season, they're essentilly writing a poilet letter to nbc to cancel their show. You can't have a show called "heroes" if there's no actual character in the series who is selfless and puts himself on the line for others (with his half-assed powers, Hiro doesn't really count)
Ok, with the first paragraph when you said: 'When he lost his power to his father his marker changed to Arthurs and it stayed that way until he took the formula witch turned on his marker now Arthurs.....'
You said Peters marker changed to Arthur's when he lost his power
That explains the new ability Peter has because Technically I'm pretty shore that human DNA doesn't really change, So Peters DNA is like a mimic thing and the new marker thing that you mentioned is taking away abilities so I think when Peter took the formula the Peter mimic DNA thing (that I mentioned before) and the new marker (which is taking away abilities) must have mixed up to create a new ability which is what Peter has now (mimics the new ability and loses the old one)
I can't explain things that well but I think my theory up above is most likely makes a lot more sense, to me because how else could you explain it then?
oh and which graphics novel is it by the way?
And in paragraph 2
Arthur does take away abilities the whole point of baby mats power is that he just reactivate the lost ability so technically he is like the formula but in a ability way
Peter retained Arthurs Marker remember what I said before his marker would change to mimic other markers that was his power to change his marker so when his marker changed to Arthurs and then he stole his power that was when his power was turned off but the marker remains so what ever marker he had when his marker stopped changing that's the one he kept not a combination of the 2 just the one (like musical chairs) the tether I was talking about is empathy, empathy allowed him to turn his marker into the person he wanted to emulate this is why people think that his power was empathy. I love how people keep saying he has to learn to feel again or he's touching people because he can't feel anymore some people make him out to be a sissy at times...At this rate he will be arrested for molesting people...lol Wow I wonder how many more times I can say marker in a sentence...lol...Think about this why was he able to emulate DL but not Micah or Molly at Kirby plaza he could connect being shot with DL.
Basically my theory is that Arthur got a 2nd dose of the formula or his power evolved that's why they look like different powers to you. But if you read what I wrote above carefully you will see that Arthurs power started off with what Peter has now...Touch and copy, when it evolves he may have the option of taking it all or just copy it, we don't know for sure because Arthur was greedy so he may have just decided to take what he wanted...Peter; "you think your better than everyone?" Arthur; "I am better it's not a belief it's a fact"...god that one kills me every time...lol...by the way Sylar doesn't have a hunger he has obsessions every time he gets something in his head he becomes obsessed about it.
sylar gets all freaked out and then the petrellis come in and fly towards him pushing him out the window. but who does he kill that i dont know maybe he does kill nathen before hand? I still like my haunting idea it would be a pretty clever way to haunt/torture sylar.
I also want to say if Mat is the one to stop Sylar then Peter will most likely stay the way he is now.
SO TO ALL THE OLD PETER IS GONE FOREVER!!!!!!!
like it or Not
*i would just like to point out that i hope this actually does not happen because i am one of the few claire fans out their.
also kinda hoping Nathan dies.. and Sylar ends up doing something super cool.. like winning a show down (:
So lets return to the episode where Peter and Peter go to the future who was missing? Arthur was missing, but who was that really as the president? Was it really Nathan? Just like all the comics what we see in the future episodes is open to interpretation, example season one Peter was drawn dead in front of the high school but what that picture didn't say was that Peter got regen at the time.
Little Noah bugs the he..ll out of me I just can't see where he fits in...One idea is that he is the son of Clair and Sylar but Peter erased those memories away so she doesn't know him. Another is that some how the past got corrupted and Peter brought Noah back as a child to protect him and the other that somebody has a power to rejuvenate people and HRG got hit with it.
“Will we be seeing that strange power Future Peter used at the beginning of ‘Villains’ again - the one which meant that Peter was trapped in Jesse's body? It seems too interesting and unusual not to come up again."
Aron Coleite & Joe Pokaski: Boy we feel the same way, Maggie. We keep trying to find an opportunity to use that power but there haven’t been any character-y reasons to pull the trigger on it. We came close to it happening at the end of villains, but no dice. As a consolation prize – we’ve got something even cooler in that milieu coming up at the end of the season. So Bob’s your uncle, Maggie. (We probably didn’t use that right, but we’re trying to sound British for you.)
I wrote this on another board just the other day.
So no one here thinks that Sylar jumped into Nathan and just flew off using that same power that future Peter used to hide Peter inside Jessie? Later at CS Matt mind melds them into one person effectively killing Sylar by replacing him with Nathan. Wouldn't that future event make more sense if it was really Nathan thinking or pretending to be Sylar and Noah is really HRG after he got hit with a power maybe Barbara in the future reverse the aging process...Raising the man that raised his daughter...That character in the white house who claimed to be Nathan didn't seem like maybe a little off in that episode? Clairs going to be so mad I ran off with her daddys body also fits the bil.
I remember that when Peter used to look in a mirror he saw Jesse but we saw Peter and everyone else saw Jessie too. So what if the future Sylar was really Nathan inside of Sylar...Don't ask me who that other guy at the white house as president and married to what appears to be Tracy is though. you be the judge did i nail it?
For the body swapping idea that is a hard one to swallow. The future Nathen balances out with the Future Peter they are both on the opposite ends of scale. Future Nathen seems to be the same one that was willing to start up the soldiers with abilities army. Future peter is a lot like the present Peter. So in away we get to see what Fugitives would have been like if Peter Had his old Powers.
But i thnk its more probable that he'll regain his original power (only difference is that he'll still have to "touch" heroes to get their powers) in nxt ep or nxt season.
People are saying his power is changed, i disagree. read my post a bit above near boogieman's somewhere on my theory if u want. Can't really be botehred writing it again... :S.
For the Meltdown that was the best way to show Sylar Snapping.
Can't wait for the next ep man!
if they focus on producing a very good show, ratings will follow and will just be a bonus. :)
and oh, peter using one ability at a time other than his own is pretty much balances out his powers. my 2 cents. and now that I think of it, sylar's a lot like the one wolverine fighting on the film, all of the strengths none of the weaknesses but in the end, wolverine rulezzz.
Nathan and Sylar are both gone, Noah is supposed to tell Matt "if you don't do it Nathan will die" however at the time of this battle Noah is in building 26 with Danko. The only time we see they are all in the same place minus Peter and Nathan is in Coyote Sands.
I imagine that Angela is saying let me out to Matt who probably realizes that if she goes outside the room Sylar might kill her this is the part where she screams in the hotel.
What ever happened in the hotel in that room was NOT the end of either Petrelli. Two things that leave us all guessing WHAT did Sylar do to Nathan in that room that left a blood stained chair but did NOT kill him and did he FLY away using Nathans power?
Possible answers are, Sylar used his disapering power and escaped and Nathan flew after him, Sylar killed Nathan took his power and flew away, Sylar used the power f Peter had to hide people and climed into Nathan and flew away or someone created an illusion of Nathan so Sylar believed he killed him but didn't, he used a power that causes some physical damage while keeping the senator alive but taking him with him...Last one is someone else was in that room and Sylar killed them while talking to Nathan then Nathan flys to Sylar grabs him and flys to Coyote Sands for god know what. Silly answer; Peter shapshifted into a bloody chair while Matt put the whammy on Sylar who escaped using any one of his numerous powers. All of these have flaws one being that if Sylar thinks he killed Nathan he would try to fly away unless he thinks he turned him into dust which doesn't explain the chair. Then there is the possibility that this scene is Angela's dream before the actual fight...3 things don't go together, the chair and no body at the same time keeping Nathan alive.
The only other plausible answer is Sylar does kill Nathan in that room takes his power and finds out why Claire is so special daddy's powerful brain takes over Sylar causing a split personality where he and Nathan fly to CS and Matt goes deep to bring Nathan to the surface and lock Sylar in his mind except every time Nathan looks in the mirror he sees Sylar and can talk to him like Jessica and Nikki.
If any of you can come up with something better i'm all ears...This is poetic justice Sylar bites off more than he can chew when he kills Nathan.
Just give peter his power back.
I personally don't like how the writers solved the problem with characters whom had to much power; i wished they just made the characters see through experience that they should restrain their powers as much as possible so they don't do to much damage
i mean its was about 4 years difference from the present time we are looking at now to the future that we saw. so from season 1 there's has been 1 year gone so far for the 5 years gone future. so i think that someone else gives the scar to peter (maybe the new female baddy)
Now if i was the writers i would think hmm we still have 4 years of story to do before the time when we saw peter with the scar.
i don't think peter will get the scar now. i think it might be a next season thing. as they still have 4 years difference
hope you guys understand what i mean
Angela, Peter & Clair are in a NJ Diner. Angela puts a quarter in the table juke box & a familure song comes on, something about believeing.. we cut to Nathan/Sylar trying to park his car outside, all the while the familure song gets louder in the mix. We see Angela looking at random people in the diner and some look back at her... then we see Nathan/Sylar enter the diner, angela looks up and..........
and its also said that someone from season one dies at the hands of sylar.. what if these 2 seemingly seperate events are one in the same..? as is Matt tortures Sylar and sylar lashes out from the pain and kills someone.
Angela says that Matt can save nathen if he interveins i think he does and he saves nathen but in doing so it ends up killing someone else..who? i dont know for sure.
what do you think?
