That really is a shame, because I would really like to see an Eli Roth episode. *sigh* Oh, well...it's just a writer's strike. They have happened before and they'll happen again.

Damn! these writers and suits need to settle this now! This spin off will undoubtedly produce a ton of revenue for NBC. Those big wigs need to loosen up their pocket books a little and feed the monster. The fans need this! the guest directors will further entrench the cult status of this show.

If this is the first time you're hearing at the very likely 2008 Industry Strike (Writers, Directors, as well as Actors, anytime from now until June), you're pretty behind on your entertainment news.
As far as the strike is concerned, "Heroes: Origins" being put on hold is the LEAST of your worries here. We're talking about a complete lack of films and scripted television in general.
